Usually the team I support is not an A league as it is the local league here yet they are doing very well so far in Conference League preliminary rounds where they have a chance to qualify to semi-finals and see what happens then. I say so because most probably they will face Ajax if qualified and I don't expect anything against Ajax Amsterdam which is a super great team, a school of football which have produced many talents like Ibrahimovic for example. Even if bet was not allowed I would definitely support this team by watching the game and sacrificing time from my life because I enjoy a lot watching this team so it is no problem for me to do so.

50% more or less of my bets on sports betting is I don’t watch via live since I don’t have time to watch this games due to time zone difference. It is simply... less interesting. It becomes way more interesting if my money is on the stake. I want, no i predict team A's victory, i put my money where my mouth is. This is entirely true, majority of gamblers can't waste their time to watch a game or league they know they ain't betting on to make profit from it. For example many of us weren't following up the Saudi league not until Ronaldo was bought and we saw an opportunity to bet so we can win games, I have a friend who don't gamble but he follows almost all the league games bumper to bumper because he is someone that loves sports.

It is true that many football lovers, and fans hardly watch local leagues, and most often when we play bet, we like to watch those teams on our bet slip. I don't believe that you should let your gambling determine what sports you choose to watch. If the only reason you're watching a match is because you have placed a bet on it, then you are not really being entertained by the sport as much as you are from the bet that you have placed. If we are talking about bets that are already placed so not live betting, the outcome of the game is not going to be influenced by your watching it or not. Once the bet is placed, you sitting and watching the game does not change anything about it. Since we are time limited, I believe it is better and more entertaining to watch games where teams participate in which we are genuinely interested or those that we want to follow instead. But this only applies to people who are interested more in the matches than the bets, otherwise it loses its appeal.

I personally prefer to watch the games that I enjoy the most, it is not related to my bets. Anyway it is also extra dangerous to bet on games of teams that you follow more closely or like because that introduces a lot more bias that is going to be invisible to you. Not really, you are making an unfair generalization and excluding everyone else's motives for doing these things. Some people get more pleasure from watching the match, others get more pleasure from the wager that is connected to the match. So if someone is a person for the second case, then there is no point for them to watch games in which they don't have wagers.
