And what are your expectations for Bitcoin in the next phase?

Yes, price is main attraction here. But I think we now have an alternative. If you don't want to rely entirely on inflationary fiat system or centralized financial institution then you now have at least a new path. I may not be able to say for sure where Bitcoin will go in next 3 or 10 year. But despite all the criticism, ban, crashes and negative prediction over past 17 year, Bitcoin has continued to function as network. My expectation is that Bitcoin will mature even more in next phase. And my only hope is that Bitcoin will become stronger censorship-resistant settlement layer.

Too bad, not many appreciate Satoshi's good work. What good did Satoshi do for us? He gave us an option of authority over a centralized monetary system, quite surprising, Bitcoin not only fulfilled in that aspect, but also extended towards an asset with great ROI.

My expectation in the next phase is for Bitcoin to reach $1M (exaggerating a bit), not to over exaggerate the whole thing, but after the next halving, I want the price of Bitcoin to be approaching $1M, those who are buying now to sell later will experience what those who bought for $1000 and sold for $10K felt and how they never regretted their decision.

i will be glad for bitcoin to celebrate 20th anniversary, because it's had to believe that bitcoin would have survive till now...When bitcoin were launched, many people were against bitcoin, including government of some countries, and that was one of the things that puts fear into some investors, and people declined to accept bitcoin because many false allegation's about the existence of bitcoin..but today Bitcoin is massively adopted by his haters....

I just hope that we dont see any negative scenario (again) in the future... likewise crisis of atm or some other government failure.

Hahaha this must be faith in motion as regarding Bitcoin reaching a climax of $1m, before it gets to this stage fiat would have been rendered impotent then that price will be considered but for now I don't think that it will rise up to that amount in the nearest future.
If large amount of it can be protected by organization and more adoption process is allowed then it will be possible to reach that mile stone of $1m which will pay off many who are holding there investment up till that time.

Bitcoin is an eye-opener to understand traditional currency, which you can have and keep in the bank, but it loses value unknowingly to some. Bitcoin is real money, and since its existence, it has provided freedom and financial stability.

The only expectation I have for Bitcoin is that it will continue to hold good value, which investors will always see as a shield to protect against traditional currency. The existence of Bitcoin so far is good enough for people to see for themselves and shouldn't be undermined by those who do not understand Bitcoin, leading them to make the wrong decision.

Bitcoin has grown so big to the stage that if anything negative happens on a large scale, it will affect the lives of so many persons, even major governments, because the tide has changed with governments that hated Bitcoin, and they are now having large portions of Bitcoin as reserves.

The hate and attacks that Bitcoin has faced over the years have been great, but it has always found a way to survive and thrive, which makes it different from all the rest of the coins in the crypto market, and this level of growth is just the beginning of something far greater because so many countries that were haters are now changing their policies in such a way that they can get benefits from it.

Definitely, I do appreciate the fact bitcoin has been with us for a long time despite the fact many are getting to know bitcoin recently still does change a thing because bitcoin is always accessible although when referring to bitcoin success, the honest truth is no one can judge the outcome for a very long time rather we just predict with the hope obviously viewing past event you can tell bitcoin will always rise no matter the fall in price, bitcoin has proven over time.

Why Bitcoin has to overcome all these and become great is because she has stood the test of time, so many industries, news media and governmental agencies tried as much as possible to dime it's light but all failed. Even when the strike hits it and has a sudden negative effects on it, Bitcoin stood up and still perform putting the haters to shame thereby causing more investors to consider getting involved in it.

This is just the beginning yet, I must say. What marvels me is that the same government that tried to fight it is now putting funds to be grabbing more quantity consistently. It's funny but not funny.

This is not something to be worrisome about because if a large number of miners decides to stop mining and switch to AI and sell their bitcoins to invest into HPC/AI, the market will get to stabilise back and the all time high will be achieved again. They are just one side of selling pressure which is expected and their sell have been happening even before now. Their selling pressure will disrupt the market, but in no time the market will stabilize again and a new all time high will happen. If 70% of miners decided to stop, it’ll make it easier for the remaining miners to become more profitable. Miners know the value of the asset they’re holding, and it’ll be unwise they sell all of their assets. What I think they’ll likely do is to allocate some percentage of their money into HPC/AI and switch between this two to make money from time to time.

And all the negative press surrounding Bitcoin has been successfully dispelled with a strength that can never be overthrown. I personally in awe and even feel a deep respect for everything Bitcoin has provided us so far. Bitcoin has been immensely beneficial to us in every way we’ve utilized it. My only hope for Bitcoin’s future is that it continues to illuminate the world with a light that will never fade. The bright light of Bitcoin has shown us a wonderful path that has allowed us to come this far with ease. I can’t imagine what our lives would be like without Bitcoin which has given us freedom.

1.This forum is full with "Bitcoin is great" and "Bitcoin is awesome" type of forum threads and posts. Praising Bitcoin on a Bitcoin forum seems kinda pointless to me. Such forum threads and posts don't add anything new to the conversation and they make the forum look more like an "echo chamber" rather than a place for genuine discussions.
2.Never say never and nothing lasts forever. We should never become sentimental, when it comes to financial assets and personal finance.
Bitcoin has helped me a lot with my personal finance throughout the last 10 years, but I can't tell whether Bitcoin will survive and thrive in the next 50 years or will it become obsolete after 5 or 10 years. I'm not a fortune teller.

It wasn't bitcoin that was with us, but we were with it. Because without the BTC-community formed around this asset, no one would need it.

And what can you expect from an asset? Only growth? It's an inanimate object capable of making decisions and changing at will. It's impossible to expect anything from bitcoin. Expectations should be directed toward the BTC-community, which can guide bitcoin's development in various directions, as well as toward the actions of the regulator, which can also influence the future of this asset.
