How long does it take for personal development?

In a country called Nigeria it’s not enough being a graduate, because the system is not built around just acquiring certificates, look at it this way, some who claimed to be a graduate didn’t merit the certificate, they just want to have that as an achievement for themselves. While there are others in the street creating ideas and job Opportunities for other. Because knowledge they say is power. It draws down to personal input towards development yourself, and that is DEDICATION, DICIPILIBE, and  FOCUS. If one has this as they key factor and are ready to go against all odds. Then times doesn’t matter to them.

There are no specific level or extent one can  ascertain as to personal development. As you keep going through  different phases of life, you are banned to experience something new in life that will guide you through every of endeavours. Acquiring of skill that makes you to be financial stable is one way of self development considering the economy situation of the country particularly Nigeria where one can not even rely  on certificates for survival. Developing yourself with other skills as an alternative is very necessary and important.
