I'll fall asleep before I even get halfway through your page; the structure of the page, although readable, will just get your eyes tired before you finish it all. Why not create a video with a slider of pictures you want to convey, or create pages for some important points?
Your intention is good, but you need to convey it in a way that readers will understand your whole point.

I'm aware the website needs improvement, but I think having it there in a clunky form is orders of magnitude better than not having it at all. So, things should impove over time. There are lots of ideas for improvement. There is no work requirement to read the entire webpage, nor would I expect an office gig worker to read much beyond the summary.
