Well if you had an account that has been frozen, you obviously cannot open another one.

Are your funds frozen too or you just want to continue using them? If you already withdrew everything, it might a good idea to simply find an alternative exchange.
If you do have money there, no one is going to be able to help you. All you can do is comply and provide whatever documents they're asking you for and wait.

I think this is funny. Your Coinbase account was banned, but you decided to open another Coinbase account. You will have to get verified and if you use the right documents for the KYC verification, you will always be banned again. Just leave the exchange and make use of another crypto exchange, but read the exchange terms of service and obey the rules.

Just find the reason among the potential violations in their ToS. I see you have a ticketing and reservation service, so it's best not to use an exchange wallet to receive payments directly from clients.

If you did something wrong, Binance is probably not going to be any better. Just like any other regulated exchange, they will still need to ask you questions and for documents if they think something is suspicious.

As for help with Coinbase, like I said above, no one is going to be able to help you and if someone claims otherwise, they're probably trying to scam you. I'd be careful if I were you.

First of all, as it's been mentioned in this thread already, do NOT accept help with that from strangers. It's almost definetely gonna be a scam. Only realistic scenario is if your trustworthy friend knows someone from Coinbase and can connect you two.

If you didn't have any funds on the exchange, it's probably better to let it go. There was probably a reason (could be a ridiculous one too) why you got banned and reversing this process is a a real lot of hassle.

Coinbase is known to be a bit draconian in that sense by the way. I've known people with similar issues, they just moved on to other CEX'es.

You didn't provide details about how/why/when you were banned from accessing your account at coinbase. There should be a valid reason. Re-vheck your email inbox if they sent you a notification that you missed.

Coinbase has no representation in bitcointalk forum. The only way yo contact them is through official support channels. Nobody can help you here.

As for posting their TG username, you should take a look at op's post history, the username is in almost every post they have made in this forum. Op seems to be offering a service that you have to contact them on TG for. I don't know if anyone has used the service in this forum yet, to confirm if it is legitimate.

Judging from your post history, it seems you had a bad experience with Coinbase already. Since they already blocked your registration, why not look for other services? I know you said you switched to Binance, but I'm not sure if you've compared it with other exchanges or services before. I kinda get the feeling that if one CEX blocked you, there's a chance you will get blocked by another one if they shared similar ToS. At least that's my experience dealing with centralized services in my region.

You did make a thread some months ago complaining about Coinbase because they require KYC. They are a U.S. based centralized exchange, so you should expect them to have strict compliance rules. Why would you keep trying to use them if KYC is an inconvenience?

there is no business or paperwork for what he is doing, OP is a little stinky fraudster.
no one can possibly offer that kind of big discount unless they use stolen cards/gift cards/hacked accounts/chargeback fraud to pay for the all stuff.

it's all shady people selling/buying those kind of services, so no wonder coinbase terminated his account and were asking "too many questions".
