How big is the "CryptoYar" account farm?

These are at least four of the known accounts that are operated by the account farmer.

All four accounts were used to enter the Pizza Day competition.  

The situation started to unravel for the CryptoYar account after he applied to become merit source and members began investigating his conduct in order to decide if they felt his application should be supported.

In that thread, he was connected with the Rustam Meraj and Publictalk792 accounts. Previously, the Rustam Meraj account was linked to the ThemePen account therefore the puppeteer entered at least four known accounts in the Pizza Day competition. Not only that, the CryptoYar account won $1500 after violating the competition rules of entry.

I aim to update the thread by the weekend if I can find more names to add to the account farm. In the interim, if other members can find anything that might add more names to the account farm they can simply post the information here.

What is important is that account farmers are never made merit source, I think we should all play our part in trying to stop them in their nefarious plans.

All four of the accounts have been tagged and their campaign managers have been advised via PM about the account farm.

I believe account farmers that cheat in competitions, campaigns, engage in merit abuse and other nefarious activity should not be rewarded. I hope of all of them are removed from their campaigns but ultimately the decisions have to be made by their respective campaign managers:

That was my mistake in judgment, and I've already acknowledged it publicly. Please don't associate me with activities I had no knowledge of or involvement in.

In the old days anyone with a red tag was not accepted to a campaign and if they got a red tag in the middle of a week they were removed without pay. I have accepted an account here n there as there are so many DT these days that tags feel almost like a trophy anymore.

I think we need to get back to making red tagged accounts mostly useless. There will be rare occasions where a tagged user is accepted, but it should be rare. No need to reward those that decided to go down the wrong path.

Review my merit history as it speaks for its self may or may not be true in your case as when i take a look I feel like some of these local boards cheat in merit activities. Some help each other rank up quite fast. Just not the argument I would use if eyes are starting to look at me closely.

In the first topic, we were surprised many times by the silence of the suspected accounts. Everyone naturally understands that the longer the account is silent, and the more tension increases, the more carefully the accounts will be checked. Probably, the silence of these two pizza bakers is justified by the fact that their "tales" can reveal even more alts. I'm talking about @Publictalk792 and @Rustam Meraj.

Now the topic is open in "Reputation"; it would be more honest, guys, for you to respond and explain all the coincidences. You're unlikely to get by with just one tag from JollyGood.

And it's time to understand that the more you want to take on responsibilities on the forum, in particular the desire to become a merit source, the more carefully your accounts will be checked🧐.

The person who is in control of those two accounts (whether its CryptoYar or someone else) knows very well that those who try to defend themselves on the Reputation board usually just dig themselves in even deeper.

Imo, he is probably just trying to keep a low profile for as long as possible, hoping to weather the storm until some new forum drama pops up and the forum investigators turn their attention to someone else.

160 weekly posts equals to ~22 posts per day. If that's your full time job (if you "work" 8 hours per day, that makes it ~3 posts per hour), it seems very possible to me. Especially since those are not well thought posts but instead pure recycled garbage over and over again.
Add on that AI tools that can help you churn out posts even easier and faster, and one capable person might be able to handle even more than 8 accounts.

I am moderator on Altcointalk and I am doing my job their honestly. And being moderator I know very well that not only I have to follow the rules but I have to enforce them too. So get me out from this all drama.

I haven't red tagged you yet but I have been reviewing the former feedback and apart from that story about Rustam Meraj allegedlly giving you his password so you could post applications for campaigns on his behalf we have also this one:

I don't know which insights the OP got from Poll, but regarding to "conspicuous votes" for ThemePen (as far as i noticed he got all his 15 votes within the last 2 days) and some of his trust feedback (see picture below) i ask to investigate his application.

I looked into the IP logs, and most of his votes seem to be from legit users. I see only 3-5 votes for him which I'd classify as likely alts. (Always hard to say, though, in either direction.)

Edit: To be more clear, I don't mean 3-5 alts of ThemePen. Of voters for ThemePen, I identified 3 groups of voters with possible alts, like this:
    A and his alt B
        C and his alt D
    E and his alts F and G
The second group is lower confidence, and it may or may not also be the same as the first group. So that's 3-5 extra votes.

So, this would be the second time you are involved in shady business in forum contests.

The "NoorulHuda" and "gmjutt6" accounts were banned but ThemePen had sent them funds in the past. These could be an innocent transactions (as per the story he posted) however I checked the feedback I gave years ago and noted that more accounts were associated with them: NoorulHuda, NoorulHuda2, gmjutt6, idris123, aiyan786, heena121, Chemplon. (The NoorulHuda2 account was created in order to appeal the ban on the NoorulHuda account).

The fact that the puppeteer basically gave up on most of the tagged accounts at the time does not excuse if they were once upon a time being used as part of the group.

You don't understand the 3rd world parasitic mindset, and without that you will never have a complete understanding of how such minds operate. You'd have to grow up with them, actively live with them or otherwise be exposed to rampant abuse by them (e.g., of government sources).  There are two simple explanations without actually going too far into OF on how such mongrels operate on a biological level:
1) Defense of other alts / you may not have uncovered the whole farm.
2) Defense of future farms /  farms in progress / colleagues that have their own farms.

There are countless reasons, but dishonest and dumb people will almost never admit that they are wrong or caught red handed. You literally have retards claiming to be innocent in the "I din do nuffin" style when they have been caught with the murder weapon in the hand, that is how dumb they can be.

I've said it in many other threads, actually earning merit without having connections/joining farming threads or campaigns or having technical competency like d5000 or me is extremely hard. This is because the noise to signal ratio is extreme, good posts are drowned under hundreds of shitposts and most users that could merit them don't ever see them and would rather just give some friends a few merits for short posts since they know they are legitimate. Furthermore, doing things the right way (putting aside the merit issue) takes a lot more effort. A lot of the users that received signature bans could have avoided them if they simply put in some effort into their posts (regardless of whether they have other accounts or not), but since things have gotten out of control here so bad they have been maximizing the time spent per post metric for a very long time. Most of them write a reply within a few minutes at most without reading anything at all, and it often takes them 2-3 minutes based on average human WPM.

One more thing I'd like to highlight: on several occasions, I have collected funds from the community for disaster relief, such as floods and earthquakes. I also organized fundraising for Gaza. Because of that, you may find additional transactions from other members to my wallet, or transactions between community members.

We also organize small community activities and raffle draws, such as our recent local Pizza Day raffle, Pakistan Independence Day (14 August) events, and our annual Bitcointalk community review. For these events, we collect contributions and distribute prizes among participants. Therefore, finding internal transactions within a small community like ours is completely normal and should be expected.

Pakistan has a population of 256 million, and you're telling me that your ISP has assigned the same IP address to three users of this forum, and has used that same IP for about eleven months?.

You're telling me that TODAY when COINCIDENTALLY that IP is no longer the same for those three users?.

Chance of 3 account using same IP for 11 months is rather low, as explained on my previous post.

1. There are 200+ ISP on Pakistan, with 4 major ISP.

Although more than 200 licensed ISPs operate in Pakistan, four major providers dominate the consumer broadband market.

2. People who use same ISP may access altcoinstalks directly or using alternative (VPN, proxy, Tor and other) due to privacy or security concern.
3. One public IP assigned to one customer usually changed every few days to months.
4. Even if the ISP use CGNAT, one public IP usually only shared to few hundred to thousand customer.

Today, a single IPv4 address may represent hundreds or even thousands of users due to widespread use of Carrier-Grade Network Address Translation (CGNAT), VPNs, and proxy middleboxes.

I don't find reliable data about frequency of ISP change public IP assigned to a customer when using CGNAT. But for comparison, Pakistan population is about 247 million in 2023.

They probably prioritize higher chance accepted into signature campaign over get caught due to using multiple account to apply on same signature campaign.
