Nigerian are seeking for justice for the death of Ibrahim maya by his friends.

For a while now, i believe that Nigerians has witness or come across this trending thief demonstration allover social media, once you have stolen and you are apprehended, but in the case of Ibrahim maya that went to a show with his friends on the 26th of July 2026, so according to the news all over social that Ibrahim maya happen to pass the night in his best friend house after they came from the show and reaching in the morning, his best friend could see his iPhone 12 pro and immediately all figures was pointing at Ibrahim maya, the guy you are seeing on the picture and to make story short.

Those three persons seating at the right corner of the picture, those are his friends that killed Ibrahim maya just because they suspected that he is the one that stole the iPhone 12 pro. So the help of the viral video of Ibrahim maya on how he was beating to death, the Nigeria police was able to arrest those three people in the picture.

No body will actually support a thief and at the same time, no one we also support those people taking laws into their hands, so it will be proper to always handover any theif to the police and the law shall determine the person Faith and i believe that Nigerian will surely put an end to this judge justice because innocent lives can lost on the process.

So sad, this is quite a tragedy and no life deserved to be lost or cut short no matter what. However I hope the friend to the decease guy was also arrested because he can't be present and allow such horrible act to be fall on his friend no matter what transpired. Life is more scared to God and no individual has the right to cut anyone's life. Moreover, he was only a suspect at that point in time and haven't been confirmed a thief yet,  the police would have done their job perfectly well and the truth would have finally come to light. However, the most annoying thing is that our system isn't working well, otherwise giving them the capital punishment should have been the real thing. Anyway rest on bro, assuming you manage going back to your home this wouldn't have happened to you.

It's quite unfortunate and sad that this tragic incidents are befalling Nigerians and we take laws into our hands whenever we apprehend thieves even the ones that are innocent we don't care to know and investigate properly before taking actions and it has lead to the killings of many innocent ones, sighting an example of the four university of port-harcourt students that was killed via jungle justice in 2011, it was a sad day in port-harcourt and this ought to end , atleast a proper sensitization should take place before actions would be taken against any criminal and they should be handed over to the police.

The trend now is that any criminal that is caught stealing will be asked to dance and he will be video and posted while he is dancing such a funny character, the hardship in the economy is making Youths steal but I want to encourage all to have a skill and try not to be a victim of theft because it's very shameful and demeaning. Ibrahim Maya deserves justice and I hope he gets it, may his soul rest in peace, Amen.

I followed this case of Ibrahim Maya closely earlier all I can say is that Nigerians needs to have a rethink on how the perpetuate jungle justice because people are dying everyday for what they know nothing about. However, this case is not a case of total innocence. Ibrahim Maya and his friends came back from the show late night and plugged in their phones and slept off and early in the morning Ibrahim was no longer in the room and he wasn't also picking his calls. When they started searching for the phone they also realised that his (Ibrahim's) power bank was no longer in the room. This gave them a clue that he must have left the house with the iPhone and his power bank. According to the phone owner in an interview, he had to use a different number to call him and he picked so that was how they deceived and then got hold of him.

Based on the storyline, the victim has directed them on where he kept the phone before he passed from the beating and even hanging him after he was later rushed to hospital by one of them where he gave up

Police is doing their investigation already and the entire nation is up to know what the outcome of the investigation will be. They were not only three people that participated in the jungle justice as others have fled. I believe that the case will be treated with carefulness and justice served.
