It's obvious that you need to stop and you understand it yourself. Don't be a fool, take a break, withdraw most of your winnings and try to spend it usefully in real life (even if it's just for fun). If you continue to play (with or without increasing limits), you are more likely to lose everything than you increase your winnings.

Congratulations so far, at least you have made close to 600 percentage from your deposit. But it is now dangerous when you are unsure of yourself when to call it quit for the time being. This is why and how winning streak turns to losing streak in gambling. So I will advise you to set aside the $1,000  as your profit and maybe gamble one more time with the $150 remaining. By that, even if you lose it, you have $1,000 with you out of which you would have $800 profit. That is what I would have done if I were in your shoes and that is what I have advised also.
