You have this feeling of being bored or there was to much of football for you because World Cup 2026 was running too long. 5 weeks. More than a month everyone were discussing football with maximum effort. I think it is best to wait some time, to make you miss watching football. Otherwise it wont bring as much joy as used to, and that might affect on decisions and bets you would make. If you favor some specific team or player, then I think they would now have a rest or play more relaxed, as they have given all their strength on World Cup. You will be expecting that teams will fight like that it is their last game, as last what we saw was knockout stage and finals (as your memory would be still fresh from what you have seen 2-3 weeks ago), but get less active performance.

I would say sports betting has no season, because when season seams to be over over, probably the major leagues, you see other seasons starting their leagues. However, some gamblers are only comfortable gambling on these major leagues, rather than gambling on these lesser known leagues, while some persons have no particular season that they gamble, which means even when major leagues are over, they still gamble on lesser known leagues.

It doesn't make any sense to make bets on games where you are not familiar with the teams or even the leagues. Sports betting is all about knowledge of the game, and it is not about making blind predictions; if you are to do that, it is better that you use the same amount in a slot game and you might actually win something if your luck favours you, because you are doing basically the same thing in sports betting if you are making blind bets on teams you know nothing about.

That kind of loyalty can really hurt our pocket. In sports betting, backing a team only because we support them can feel like throwing money away.

Same here dude, there are some league I'm very familiar with though it doesn't mean that been familiar with a league(s) means someone will win all the time or increase the chances of winning that won't be correct since our winning depend mostly on luck but been familiar with a team or league gives you a gambler some kind of confident in your bet regardless that the outcome is not known. Good comment, some gamblers just want to gamble from any League side, whether they are familiar with the league side or the team or not, they are just after winning since they know that the outcome of their bets is mainly determined by luck, however, they refuse to acknowledge the fact that the more one gets familiar with a club side, the more you get a clue on what could be their performance even if you don't predict it right which we already that football is unpredictable, you might also be close and perhaps be lucky to win, personally I know some teams that are in the leagues that are ongoing currently, I bet on some of those teams sometimes but sincerely I can't wait for English premier League, Spanish laliga, German bundesliga, Italian serie A and French ligue one to start because I know many teams that I can bet on, from those league's and I might be lucky to win.

But don't just bet randomly, you should check some stats about the league and the teams before making your bet. If you can't risk it, it's better you wait for top leagues to resume. When betting on well-known leagues or competitions and teams that are familiar to bettors, I don’t think bettors always come out on top.
The difference with unknown teams and unfamiliar leagues or competitions is that when you place a bet, the risk of losing is greater.
If a well-known league hasn’t started yet and the World Cup is already over, and you lack the ability to analyze unfamiliar matches, don’t bet. Waiting is the right decision. As for the many people who do bet, we can’t compare ourselves to others.

It's your choice dear, it not like there are no more football betting events after the World Cup ended, there's still preseason friendlies, women football games, qualifies for different UEFA leagues so you still have lots of options to bet on, well some people love to bet mostly on important league competition so if you're one you could wait for the new season.

Are you only gambling to kill time or you are gambling to protect your money. This friendly matches that were played recently looks easy to bet, I could have just arrange plenty of them and make some few bucks but I don't want it. The way I have seen some teams played, I'm not confidence in what the players has to offer now, they are not reliable and they ar even friendly, so nothing serious and the Champions League qualifiers are not predictable.

If you ar to consider other leagues that are not popular, you will not find it fun to watch and there is possibility of manipulation in the games. It's better you void them or in a month, the domestic leagues are coming back, that means there will be plenty of games to go around. To be very honest since the world cup ended and the premier League hasn't started yet have been very boring and tired so the thing is that no matter how desperate I might be in course of wanting to make profits from gambling I can't just go ahead and bet with any team or league I'm not familiar with, because it's going to be a total disaster for me at the long run due to the fact that one is not conversant with that particular league and very informed about their stats and team performances knowing their head to heads is very important too.
