What's the based in identifying a genuine and profitable investment?

While conversing with a friend who is into Real estate investment and claim it was the best means of investment and I said Bitcoin but he didn't accept because of past experiences with cryptocurrency and now making success in Real estate.

There is something that is quite common across people which is they feel like what is a success for them will be or is the best means for others which is far from the truth.

We shouldn't be biased because something made us successful like for example disapproving other genuine and successful investment aside bitcoin because that's what we have come to have an indepth knowledge about. The fact that we tried something and it failed doesn't make it entirely bad or unsuccessful for all. We should be open to tell others about our unsuccessful investment and not speak of them for quitting or doing things you do for success because what might not be one strong suite can be another strongest suites we just have to find what works for us Genuinely and not just see something as bad because we suffer from it.

Make nobody reason bad investment gor here because I clearly stated Genuine and successful investment , Ponzi schemes are bad and even if others dey successful nor try m. This post na for only those investment make we know dey totally legit, genuine and trustworthy even if we don fail make we still let others try but warn them about the risks because say person fail for real estate nor make bad investment for everybody.

Investment should be judged by it characteristics and not your success or failure story.

i dont think theirs a parameter use to detect a profitable a genuine and profitable investment except making inquiries of the investment platform through the reviews chart of people who have invested before and how healthy and wealthy they're.

Both investment do become successful, but the success of them is depend on the management, bitcoin investment can give you profit more than real estate but it depends on your target and how endurance you are after invested

I learnt this some months back, before I used to be the kind of person that wants others to see through my perspective but then I realized that the world is big enough for everyone to explore and find out what works best for them. There are so many investment opportunities out there and just like bitcoin some of these investment opportunities will do well in the future so it's best we advice people to see the honey in our own investment idea rather than talking them out of what they already have in mind, because  chances are that if that person misses his/her own golden opportunity because you talked him/her out of their own idea he/she may not forgive you for that.

This is a nice topic. Now a good investment and one that fits you are two different thing. The investment is good. But, do you have the technical know how of the business, do you have the risk tolerance to invest in that business, the time for the right investment - are you align with it, the capital for such investments - do you have it, so many factors as regarding whether the investment is suitable for you or not. It can be a good investment, but does it fit into your own reality? Many things to answer before one can say this is the right investment for me.

Most people who are successful in one aspect of an economy or investment becomes successful through their knowledge and experience of that said investment, e.g bitcoin, you have confidence in bitcoin investment because of the knowledge and experience you have build over time, something goes with someone who have been into real estate for a long time, they experience and knowledge will make them feels confident and persuasive when discussing topics that relate to they line of investment.

Contrary to your opinion, I think the real estate investor is correct. Although it is good to be open minded and less bias when trying to invest, but I cannot encourage a friend or brother to invest in an asset I've already encountered failure, atleast such encouragement/support should come from someone who succeeded in such asset. That is to say if I succeed in Bitcoin investment, then I can be confident to tell a friend to go for it because I have the Knowledge and resources to make him/her succeed in that form of investment.

That does not mean I am undermining or neglecting other investment opportunities, sure you could succeed in other assets and investments but the advice and encouragement should come from someone who is already doing well with that asset since this will help you avoid the mistakes he/she made in his/her early days of investment, this is known as mentorship.

The base parameter to detect a profitable investment is probably the success rate of the people that have invested in it before. To detect a good investment you’d put in the risks involved and other factors available and also the success rate of the people that invested before (if it’s not a new investment) to weigh and see how profitable it has been.

Using the success rates to determine how profitable the investment is is very easy and important for a starter but if you want to actually invest a good amount of money then you should research more thoroughly about the investment and see if you have a chance at this because the fact that many people succeeded investing in something doesn’t mean you will succeed if you do invest in that thing.

That’s Human Nature, everything that actually works out for them is the best because “to see is to believe” and looking from your perspective it’d be said that the real estate investor has his points  and he’s right to an extent.

Today, we discovered that many are interested in making an investment, but some still do not believe in the opportunity with Bitcoin, and that is why they will have to pay for alternatives by considering real estate or any other physical asset, while, for those who already understand how bitcoin is will definitely consider it for their own investment because of the advantages it has over any other form of investment assets, some don't really know what they are missing out and that is why they only choose to go by their choice without weighing between the options to know which one is best for them to take.

I think where  where people mistake a is assuming   “good investment” to also be the “act of good investing.” Bitcoin, real estate, business or Stocks can give good returns But it really all  depend on  knowledge, patience, risk-management and timing.

You are saying the truth bro, when you are running a Business for a long time, surely you will gather a lot of experience in that business and those experience will make you have more faith that you will keep succeeding.
The reason why a lot of people have confidence in bitcoin investment is not because they are very sure of the future of Bitcoin, the reason why they are so confident is because they have been investing in bitcoin for long and they have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience in bitcoin investment.
And yeah you are correct, when you have this experience and knowledge about the investment you are into you can discuss about it anywhere with so much confidence.

You are totally right that we humans can be so bias due to one or two past experiences. If a person that is into real estate is actually making good money from it, that person will always naturally speak good things about it, and the same goes to someone that had a bad experience with crypto, that person will automatically avoid anything that has to do with crypto.

But one thing I will say is that, no one should judge an investment only with the outcome. The fact still remains that a lot of people actually lose money to an investment not because that particular investment was bad, it could also be that you started at the wrong time, you took to much risk and probably you don't know much about what you where investing into.

Not all genuine investment is perfect for everybody. Before getting involved with any investment, always understand the risk involve, try to do personally research on that project and most importantly, always choose an investment that match your goals and financial situation, don't just go into an investment just because your friend told you he's or her success story.

Real estate business is not volatile and it would be that hard to convince someone who is not into online business to invest into digital currency such as bitcoin or other well known altcoin out there. What I don't do is to talk anyone out of what they believe in but i go try as much as I can to be honest in saying what I know exactly how it is, to people because humans are very difficult, do you know that many persons still believe in shitcoins? Both are good investments in different sectors, and both has different advantages and disadvantages. For insurance, bitcoin is easy to be sell than real estate, it’s also easy to lose than real estate. And while real estate is easy to inherit, it’s also hard to inherit bitcoin most expecially if the own died a sudden death.

But, if we are to choose the best among them, it will be base on your own understanding and nature of learning. If you get encouraged by putting physical effort then the best for you is the real estate, while if you also learn by yourself and you want to put less effort then bitcoin investment is also better for you.

Although investing in real estate yields a better profit than in bitcoin but it’s also more risky than in bitcoin, because it can be affected by some natural hazards like fire outbreak and other factors. while in bitcoin you can lost your investment through scammers if you are ignorant.

So it left for you to choose the best for your self. But for me due to the current skyrocketing of prices in real estate I can say is a very good investment and also profit but not in all states.

Before one concludes if an investment is bad or not, it is necessary to do research before concluding. If an investment doesn't work or favor someone, this doesn't mean the investment is a bad one.

And what I do, when I come across such argument among friends, I never try to convince them that Bitcoin investment is more better than real estate because I believe what works for you might not work for me. The same thing too with spirituality, the religion that works well with you should you acknowledge only and never try to convince others from living theirs.

Different people, different investment journey and different perspectives of investment plan too because of the journey they pass through, i stick and believe in crypto investment as trustworthy because that's my journey and it works for me.

Another cause of this bias that some investments face from some sector of the society is not even based on a reliable analysis. Some people who hate bitcoin don't have enough proof as to why they hate bitcoin, they hate on bitcoin based on the encounter they had with other coins especially the shitcoins after loosing their resources. They generalized every other coins including bitcoin as scams. Others who had different awful experiences with bitcoin due to their own mistakes either investing more than they can afford to hold for a long time or initially seeing bitcoin as a trade. After loosing their money, they go about telling ill stories about bitcoin.

This is the same with every other investment. People don't take responsibility for their mistakes instead they blame it on the business that wrongly invested in. Seeking for basic knowledge before any investment is very crucial to minimise the level of misinformation that people share about investments they either don't understand or wrongly lost their money in.

Better because, some persons can be naturally irresponsible and so when things don't work out the way they would have wanted it to the first thing they do is to find the nearest person or thing to put their blame on. I make sure I avoid those kind  of persons in my circle of friends because they are toxic.

Anything that's not in my power to control i don't bother myself about it and the way people think is one of them, all I can do is wish them well with their decision but if you come to me for advice I'll try as possible (in my knowledge) to make sure you dont make your investment decision based on a limited point of view probably based on what you've heard others say over time rather than making factual research about the best opportunities around that field.
