In my opinion, transacting never proves altaccounts unless you have other solid evidences.
On-chain evidence can be conclusive enough by itself, like if 20 users' addresses all sweep funds to the same exchange deposit address or if they are supplying each other with gas. If there are only one or two connections, then there might be more ambiguity and we have to look for further evidence.
The story given by Sticky Bomb was kind of strange and Mr Reporter didn’t even bother replying. What kind of wallet problems was he having and why does he need someone else to do things for him?
The Voice note is where he explained he's having issues with sending funds from his trust wallet to his own account. I asked him for his login details to help him log into it and do P2P for him, but he doesn't even remember his password and pleaded I used mine since he has to pay his loan and didn't want to miss deadline.
Assuming this is all true, it almost seems like Mr Reporter was having trouble coming up with the funds he needed and gave a lame excuse to take advantage of you.
