We're basically under 2 years away from the next Bitcoin halving. A lot of things can still happen if we start counting down from here. Institutions might have a sell-off, or there could be a major driver to keep Bitcoin in a prolonged bearish run. Those weak hands who are preparing/accumulating this early might still get shaken if a massive drop happens while anticipating a bull run pre-halving.

I don't know what kind of preparations we're looking at here, since accumulation at a lower price is proven and tested for a long-term perspective, and most of us have been doing it for quite some time already, not just particularly prepping for the 2028 halving.

Yes, as some other member have pointed out, it's still too early to discuss the halving. We haven't even gotten out of the bear market yet, and BTC may not have found its bottom either. Counting down to the halving event is really unnecessary at this point.

Instead, we should focus on what's happening right now, and the only thing we need to do in this market is accumulate and accumulate. The bear market will end sooner or later, and we won't have another chance to accumulate at discounted price if we don't take advantage of it.

The majority of the newbies really don't understand the safety concerns and how risky it can be to neglect this step. Other than looking at the countdown to the next halving which can be found on several crypto sites which actually does not cost anything, the real and and most important preparation I know is stack as many sats as possible before the hype kicks in.

The focus is to keep accumulating while ignoring the noise and short-term market trends. Don't know if the next halving will lead to immediate bullish trend or it'll take longer before we experience the bull market again but whichever way, I'll still be okay since my strategy isn't built around a specific date.

I think this is not right time to talk about it  In March or April 2028 there is chance of 5th halving and there remain much time in it . So I think there is no use of talking about it . Everything has a specific time to happen .  I think when the time of 5th halving come to close then it is better to talk about it .

I think this is not right time to talk about it  In March or April 2028 there is chance of 5th halving and there remain much time in it . So I think there is no use of talking about it . Everything has a specific time to happen .  I think when the time of 5th halving come to close then it is better to talk about it .

Who knows if it is going to encourage some people to think of buying bitcoin, that it is not too late. Although, according to some people they said bitcoin price will start to increase before this year ends. We all know that buying bitcoin now is better than to still procrastinate. Apart from constant accumulation of Bitcoin, for me I don't think there is any other way an individual can prepare for the next Bitcoin halving that is said to take place in the next 623 days, of which is approximately 2years, and enough time for even a complete newbie that just got to know about Bitcoin today can still start and have a successful preparation for the next Bitcoin halving. Because despite th fact that Bitcoin halving usually marks the start of a new Bitcoin life cycle, it's effects is not primarily that important for me, and I think it's high time people need to focus more on constant accumulation when they have the need and not just always wait when a new halving is fat approaching and only invest in Bitcoin that period.

There are still 662 days left before that happens. We don't know how the Bitcoin market will behave during this time, maybe a lot can change over that period. Well, one can decide to prepare for this period, whether by consistently accumulating with their discretionary income --- or some might simply hold, looking for opportunities to buy at lower prices. Each person may have different preparations for this, of course.

I personally don't have that much preparation, to be honest, because it's still a long way off, and there's still a chance we could see another market drop. So I'm just going to wait and see how the market develops going forward.

I guess were too early to make a discussion for the Halving its 2028 and we are still quite far its just 2026. But you ask me what kind of strategy currently ive been using is DCA. We experienced last halving last 2024, and after that is we seen the ATH of 120k lang October so we know after the peak there is another accumulation of price for possible next but of course most of us not just focus with the bitcoin alts can also give a profit while accumulating bitcoin but this will be 2 years more so tons of things could happen its too early to predict.

There will be less effects from next Bitcoin halvings on Bitcoin market, price manipulations and Bitcoin miners will play smaller roles in market manipulations that they dominated in first one or two market cycles.

The Bitcoin supply vs time chart has been in a flat area that means there will be very little inflation toward the future blocks, halvings and cycles.

Whether people realized this considerable change from Bitcoin halvings on future supply and inflation rate, it's just fact and it will be more interesting if they realize another thing. There will be more needed time to mine 1 BTC in future market cycles compares to past market cycles.
