It would be cool to see if a country holds a fintech company/license that can house cryptocurrency for business entities.

This was something really hard to find when I was looking for options for my company (went with Kraken in the end).

I already track the licensing regime per country at a high level (whether there's a VASP/CASP framework, who the regulator is, whether custody is a licensed activity), so the raw material is half there. The missing piece is surfacing the business-facing angle you actually needed: can a company, not just an individual, get compliant custody there, and under what license. Let me look at how to add that as a dimension without turning each country page into a directory.

Out of curiosity, since you went through this for real, when you were comparing options, was it the licensing status that mattered most, or things like banking access and being able to actually open a corporate account?

In the end, the decision making factor was rather trivial - how can I make this as painfull as possible. Back then (roughly two years ago) some of them were invite only, or you had to send an email to being the process, while Kraken was actually one of the rare ones who had a standardised online onboarding process/form.

The process was long and pain in the a**, the thing I wanted to avoid, but hey, I got it in the end.

Race you to the future.
