There is bank transactions in most banks, the only exemptions are when you want to make transfer with the same banks, even then you will have to pay fees. The competition between banks is what makes it fade away and they started to charge zero fee between banks.

Bitcoin transaction fees are not free too, you will have to include a fee on your transaction except if you have a miner that will mine it for you for free which are rare. The miners that used to do free transactions then accept transactions that are having lower fee and not transactions that are completely free, I don't know if they offer the service today.

People will say Tron transaction are fast and cheap but they are not like Bitcoin because Bitcoin is decentralized, it has never went offline but I can tell you that top alternative chains that has went offline for hours.
