Recently I've worked as a lead eng for trading products, at a fintech handling over 80+m users across the US

BEFORE:
me and my cofounder founded nexo like platform(fiat loans backed by crypto). I designed everything, talked to LPs, Lawyers, recruited devs and design team. All that.
My co-founder backed out when he saw how much compliance and legal work there would be needed to operate in the US(I wanted to go with EU first).
Before I was a founding dev at p2p crypto exchange), I've recruited and managed teams/projects before etc...
I got over 12+ yoe building products. Generalist, worked on every stage of product development

NOW:
I'm looking for next project to work on where I could join as a lead / eng / founding role(if early stage)

If you have a public track record page that anyone can verify, you can include it here. It's a good idea to put this forum profile link on that page. With all that experience, I don't understand why you still forget one important thing in trustless industry : "don't trust, verify"

You can look for job projects there, with high salaries, of course with the skills you have.

You can also create a portfolio of your skills on the service board in case anyone is interested in your work.

Why are you looking? With that kind of portfolio and skill set, seeking a new company or organization should not be a problem; it's companies and rganization that should seek or ask you to join their company. In fact, you can launch your own company or organization. 12 years is enough experience to launch one.
And you should be the one answering that question because you know your skill set and how far you have gone; you should know your value.

I guess that you have an idea on which ones are the heavy weights of the exchange platforms. There's no need to go that far in whom you should contact.

Maybe they'll need someone like as most of them are continuous hiring. Contact the competitors and alike of what you have founded, it's possible they'll be impressed with what you have worked with.

You are the kind of person who should never be out of a job. A lead engineer is someone who manages projects and calls the shots, and as a lead engineer, you build contacts and associates, so posting in this forum asking this is nonsense.

You know what to do because you have worked on big projects; all you have to do is go to your contact or arrange a meeting with managers, and if you are good with what you are doing and have a good reputation, getting hired is easy.

You can post this on any job board, or you can send your application to any company related to your job, and the managers will book you for an interview.

Those people who should be asking where to look for a job or looking for new projects are regular workers, but not a lead engineer like you who handled 80+m users across the US; someone with skill and attainment, and a resume as you can easily get a job.
This is the first time I've seen someone with credentials like yours posting on a forum looking for a job.

For the exact reason Hugeblack mentioned, you started a similar topic last year and got some replies, but you never posted in that topic after creating the op. Now, you come back and instead of continuing the discussion in that topic, you open another similar thread. He may be wrong and you may not be a troll, but it is good to interact in topics you start, so users are sure you're serious about what you're asking.
