It’s a shame that they’re tiering account statuses on the forum. And that you need to make a deposit just to get $20. They’ve already offered a 100 per cent bonus on the first deposit and that’s it. There are plenty of sites out there that offer everyone between 50 and 380 per cent on their deposit. But you’re only offering 100 per cent. And not even to everyone. It’s very disappointing. Welcome to the forum. After carefully reading your casino's Terms of Service, I saw some things that I consider important to share here for those who are too lazy to read casino TOS.

Point 5.6 of the TOS says the following:

5.6. In case the Customer either has not deposited (withdrawn) the funds to (from) its Account or has not wagered for twelve (12) consecutive months the Provider reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 5 USD or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of Account, whichever is lesser) as long as the balance of the Customer’s Account remains positive. The Customer hereby authorizes the Provider to debit this fee from the Account until the Account’s balance is exhausted (in which case the Provider, at its sole discretion, may close the Account and terminate these T&C immediately) or until the Customer performs further deposit, withdrawal, or wagers (whichever occurs sooner).

I'm posting this because many people create accounts at many casinos and then only use a few. So, for those people who do this, be aware that if you create an account at this casino and then stop depositing or playing for 12 consecutive months, you will be charged $5 each month in administrative fees. I hope OP doesn't come back in 12 months to create a thread in the scam accusation section against members who opened accounts and didn't use them for 12 consecutive months, accusing them of violating the Terms of Service.

Point 6.2 states the following:

6.2. The Account may be deposited only using payment accounts (e.g. credit card, bank account, e-wallet, etc.), owned by and registered (issued, opened) in the name of the Customer, and the Provider will reject all payments from third-party payment accounts. For the avoidance of doubts, the deposit cannot be performed using a corporate credit card or any similar payment account. In case any such third-party payments have been actually credited to the Account, the Customer shall promptly notify the Provider of the same and the Provider shall deduct such third-party funds from the Customer’s Account. In case of the Customer’s failure to notify the Provider as mentioned above, such failure shall constitute a breach of the T&C and the Provider shall be entitled in addition to the said deducting at its sole discretion to deduct as a penalty the amount of such third-party payments together with the amount of winnings accrued after the deposition of such payments.

I hope that people, when creating an account and using the site, pay close attention to this point.

Point 7.2.2. states the following:

In order to be able to withdraw the respective deposit amount, the Customer shall, using such deposit amount, make wagers of the aggregate amount equal to seventy percent (70%) of the amount of the respective deposit (winnings shall not be considered for the calculation of the said percentage). When the Customer has fulfilled the said wagering requirements with respect to a specific deposit, the Customer will be able to withdraw the respective deposit amount.

I also thought it was important to mention this point here so that those people who deposit, play, and don't read the Terms of Service don't later come to complain in the scam accusation section.

Another important point is point 7.4, which states the following:

7.4. The Provider may set a minimum withdrawal amount (the minimum amount allowed to be withdrawn through one payment transaction) and amend it at any time. The then-current minimum withdrawal amount will always be displayed on the “Withdrawal” page of the Website for the time being. When no minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the said page, it shall be deemed that the then-current minimum withdrawal amount is set as 100 USD. The maximum withdrawal amount through one transaction may be limited by the provider of a payment method chosen by the Customer to process a withdrawal, in which case the withdrawal will be performed in installments. Furthermore, the Customer agrees that the Provider, due to its internal operational specifics, shall be entitled at its sole discretion to split any withdrawal transaction into several transactions (either or not equal).

I hope people pay close attention to this point and don't complain later when they want to withdraw an amount of $20, for example.

Right now I have my VPN set to Poland, so I should have access to Habanero, Betsoft, and other slot providers. When I use EUR or USD, I can see all available providers (around 50 of them). However, when I switch to USDT, ETH, BTC, or any of the other available cryptocurrencies, I only see a handful of providers available.

I think the clause 7.4 from the TOS explains it well: "When no minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the said page, it shall be deemed that the then-current minimum withdrawal amount is set as 100 USD"
It means you just have to check the withdraw page of you can see the minimum withdrawable. If not, then you have to add more winnings.

That is something I also wanted to mention.
There have been so many small casinos which have decided to tie their public imagine with the image of a monkey or an ape. It has been relatively common since NFTs and Ape NTFs became popular some years ago and so many people got hooked on the idea of Web3.

It is rather a odd decision by the marketing department of this casino... But if they manage to build a good reputation and keep their gamblers happy in the long term, their icon won't matter much. They would even go for a rebranding in the future if they believe it was necessary to come with something fresher.

They've already stated that only the first 100 eligible users get the bonus. If they allow all new users to claim every 24 hours, that's just not good for their promo. Their answer seems pretty clear to me: one-time claim per user means once you've claimed the bonus, you can never claim it again.
