Point 5.6 of the TOS says the following:

5.6. In case the Customer either has not deposited (withdrawn) the funds to (from) its Account or has not wagered for twelve (12) consecutive months the Provider reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of 5 USD or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of Account, whichever is lesser) as long as the balance of the Customer’s Account remains positive. The Customer hereby authorizes the Provider to debit this fee from the Account until the Account’s balance is exhausted (in which case the Provider, at its sole discretion, may close the Account and terminate these T&C immediately) or until the Customer performs further deposit, withdrawal, or wagers (whichever occurs sooner).

I'm posting this because many people create accounts at many casinos and then only use a few. So, for those people who do this, be aware that if you create an account at this casino and then stop depositing or playing for 12 consecutive months, you will be charged $5 each month in administrative fees. I hope OP doesn't come back in 12 months to create a thread in the scam accusation section against members who opened accounts and didn't use them for 12 consecutive months, accusing them of violating the Terms of Service.

It is not something new, some casinos apply similar terms for inactive/dormant account but seems that it is impossible for any casino with this term will make scam accusation against the players because of this term. Seems that you missed the next part after the one in bold "as long as the balance is positive". Logically this administration fee will be charged only on those dormant account with enough balance in the account so lets say you create an account, play for a while then leave it away for more than year but you have no more balance, the casino will not charge you anything and they will close your account only.

I noticed that Pragmatic doesn't appear, and many other providers don't either, when the deposit isn't in USD wallet

We identified a coordinated bonus abuse attack involving the following player IDs:

• 759409282
• 571836562
• 926463916

All three accounts originated from Brazilian IP addresses and followed the same pattern of play within hours of each other. Our investigation concluded that this was an organized attempt to exploit a vulnerability in a specific game, GemBlitz Bonanza (Mancala provider), to gain an unfair advantage while completing bonus wagering.

The accounts also systematically submitted multiple small withdrawal requests (approximately $30–60 each) instead of larger withdrawals. This pattern was clearly intended to avoid drawing attention while extracting a much larger total amount over time.

Working together with the provider, we confirmed the issue, and GemBlitz Bonanza has now been excluded from all bonus wagering, completely eliminating this exploit.

We can also confirm that the BitcoinTalk user luiz3002 was identified as one of the individuals behind this coordinated attack.

As a result, player IDs 759409282, 571836562, and 926463916 have all been permanently blocked for risk verification and bonus abuse. Although some withdrawals were processed before the abuse pattern was fully identified, the accounts will remain permanently closed. This decision is final.

We take the integrity of our platform very seriously. The vast majority of our players play fairly, and we will continue working closely with our providers and our Risk Team to detect and prevent organized bonus abuse. Players who deliberately attempt to exploit our platform are not welcome at Scoras.
