I am writing to request an immediate review of the block placed on my account (Steerff86 - 759409282).

I think their representative is active here because the account has been actively engaged in all discussions concerning the casino since their arrival here in the community, and I believe they will respond to this claim of yours too in no time.

To date, I have not been presented with any concrete evidence demonstrating match-fixing, fraud, promotional abuse, or any strategy that violates the platform's Terms and Conditions. Simply meeting the rollover requirement does not constitute an irregularity, especially when achieved through legitimate bets placed in accordance with the rules provided by the service itself.

I possess records, videos, and other evidence demonstrating that all bets were placed legitimately, transparently, and in compliance with the platform's rules. Therefore, if there is any allegation of irregularity, I request that objective evidence supporting such a claim be presented.

If your claims are legit as you say then you should probably consider creating a separate topic SCAM ACCUSATION BOARD about this whole issue so that users with experience to solving such issues can actually look into the matter because I have came across dozens of such case and in the end, there is some sort of violation by the user or breach of casino terms which led to the restriction but few times the casino is at the shady end of things.

There is no reason for a ban; this is an account that completed the bonus wagering requirements.
I didn't make multiple deposits, nor did I win using any specific strategies—I simply played and won.
I am counting on the BitcoinTalk community to help expose this if the funds aren't released. I went from approximately $330 to $4,000. They cannot assume that every player who participated in that game acted improperly. I did not exploit any bug, manipulate the outcome, or gain any unfair advantage.

Yes. That's exactly what happened with my deposit. I played for a bit on a random slot, won a few, then withdrew it.

Yea, the bitcointalk bonus is different from the site one and even has a 0x rollover. You can withdraw that directly as well if you want.

Based on previous testimony of some users and discussion with fellow local members. Only x1 of your deposit needs to wager while the bonus can be withdrawn immediately.

There is absolutely no casino out there that you won't be asked to wager your deposits, it's a standard protocol that all casinos go through, it's done so because of the money laundering rules.

Yep, that's correct; you can't withdraw your deposit if you do not wager it at least 1x. It's mentioned in their Terms of Service, as highlighted by SlowDeath and for reasons already mentioned by MorganaX.

In order to be able to withdraw the respective deposit amount, the Customer shall, using such deposit amount, make wagers of the aggregate amount equal to seventy percent (70%) of the amount of the respective deposit (winnings shall not be considered for the calculation of the said percentage). Transactions on altcoin blockchains like Ethereum, BNB, Solana are very quickly confirmed and don't take too much time for getting many confirmations. 10 minutes for crediting deposits for users on altcoin blockchains is a too long waiting time.

It's normal to wait for 10 minutes, a little bit longer or 20 to 30 minutes if it's with transactions, deposits through Bitcoin blockchain but people choose blockchains to use with reasons behind. Like transaction speed, confirmation time are one of their main reasons, so if a site takes too much time for ERC20 transactions, it will cause inconvenience and not too smooth experience for users.

You are right that ETH BNB and Sol takes very less time to confirm. I sent ETH which was deposited in the scoras account in about 2 minutes. One thing I noticed, that worried me a lot was that when I select it through Fiat the deposit address and when I select through crypto both shows same address. Then I sent it , after a while when I went back to the crypto section in deposit I saw that the address had changed. I thought I would not get the ETH back but after 2 minutes I saw that it had been received in the account.

You’re right, I overlooked the rank requirements since I saw many newbie claiming the bonus on the previous page and some of them was already abusing the bonus as per the response of the representative.
