What happened:
Nitrobetting.eu is stalling and failing to process payout requests totaling $1,069.

Pending Since: July 15, 2026

Summary of the issue:
My account is fully verified, and there are no active security checks or KYC issues pending on my end.

On July 15, I requested two withdrawals: $419 (#428531) and $650 (#428144).

For over two weeks, I received only standard automated responses from customer support quoting generic T&C processing times.

On July 29, Loyalty Manager Russell personally emailed me, explicitly confirming that my $419 payout was officially approved by the Processing Team and scheduled to be dispatched that day.

The payment was never sent. When I followed up, Russell sent another email apologizing and admitting that their Processing Department has temporarily paused services due to an "internal review by upper management."

Proof & Evidence:
I have full documented evidence of all interactions, including complete email threads (with headers), official support responses, transaction history, and direct quotes from Loyalty Manager Russell.

Direct quote from Loyalty Manager Russell (July 30):

"In the interest of being completely transparent, the Processing Department is currently undergoing an internal review by upper management. As part of that review, they have temporarily paused processing services while they evaluate and improve their processing timelines."

My Assessment:
Based on the contradiction between "payout approved" and "processing paused," along with similar reports from other users, I strongly suspect that Nitrobetting is intentionally stalling and dragging out time. They appear to be feeding players empty promises while quietly freezing withdrawals under the guise of internal reviews.

Seeking Advice:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Nitrobetting recently, and how did you manage to resolve it? If anyone has insights, recommendations on effective dispute routes, or contacts for key management, I would be extremely grateful for your help and advice.

Unfortunately, your chances are not very good.

NitroBetting is facing so much case on their casino. Their account last online on June 27, 2025, 03:43:29 PM, and their last post was made on September 03, 2024, 05:51:29 PM. They also have negative feedback from several user due to so many open cases regarding their casino as well.



I don't think you will get a rep response in here, but suggesting you open a case against their casino not just here but also to CASINO Guru as well. So, more people will be aware of the problem they could be facing by playing in this casino.

I’m already working on this matter. They advertise so heavily and attract people with aggressive promotions, only to turn around and start deceiving players, feeding them endless excuses over even small withdrawal amounts. It makes you wonder what would happen if someone tried to withdraw a large sum.

If you registered and played recently, not sure which source you're seeing for their promotion cause their activity is mostly very dead.

Only 2 social media are still active, but the gaps of each post are very big like few days on Instagram.


Even a review site like Trustpilot is mostly easily manipulated they have a score of 1.7, and the majority of issue based on the same issues as yours which is delayed/pending withdrawal. Good luck with your case, but expecting a response in here seems the chances are very low due they're not active anymore. My only advice is just opening a thread case on every casino review you can find, to help others not playing in these casino.

I understand that you also say that there are evidence to show in backing your conversation with Russell, but it would have been more better for you to also drop a link to those conversations and such good servers more strong evidence to what really transferred from the story you are telling, I'm not surprised because there have been many scam accusations filed against the same platform, for you to know how sure it is for them to likely scam is by seeing them using to domain name  Nitrobetting.eu / mynitro.io you don't have to use any platform just by how we see them, until we have enough convincing result to make us trust and use them for gambling.

I honestly don't under how and why people are still using this site. If they would do the smallest research they would find out about all the problems players have with this casino. Unpaid withdrawals is like the most common things these days for nitro, nobody can't be so blind and still trust these people.
If you are too lazy to google and find out what they are up I can't even feel sorry anymore since these people just give away their money so easy.
Find a better site to play at, nitro has been dead for years now.

15 days is nothing, if you look around this forum some people are waiting for MONTHs and maybe even a year+ for few hundred $ withdraws.

Sad to say its highly unlikely you will receive anything but constant new excuses every time

I checked the social media for OP not even reached 5 mins, just needed 1-2 mins and find all of them; last post, last active, etc. I think people who are somehow playing in uknown/unactive casino most likely Sportbet players, especially users with knowledge (Advantage player).

They got restricted on every single casino, provider of the bookies, and desperate to find some casino ended playing in some uknown/unactive/scam casino.

There are many fake/paid review sites/bookmarkers out there, so this user may find it on one of the review sites which give a good rating for nitrobetting.
I can find nitrobetting is given good rating in some review sites by simple googling it with keyword "(name of the site) review".
Unfortunately there are some people who tend to rely on review sites when choosing gambling site but do not explore more information.
@OP, sorry to say but I think you wont get any answer from them here but as far as I can see you have posted something in casinoguru as well but one of the casinoguru specialist have said to you that they cant do anything because it is related to sportsbetting.
Nothing you can do except waiting for them and keep pushing them about your issue.

Regarding ryzaadit suggesting posting this on casino.guru, You can also try posting this on lcb.org, I remember someone who posted here that had a withdrawal issue with Nitrobetting claimed that he got paid after posting on lcb.org, though I am not sure if that is just a coincidence or not, but it wouldn't hurt to try.
