It's worth noting that they're well-known in the community for belonging to a group of platforms that selectively scam their users ^{[e.g., you can find some of those cases from their "Trust Summary" page]}.

Thank you for your prompt working on my issue. Now I can access the forum. I have been going though and found one issue with your own signature that you had added in your profile, that need fixing. I think these BBCodes are not supported by that forum, tables, images, glow effects, oversized text, as these appears in a plain text in your signature. I think you need to keep them simple or allow bbcodes in your signature.

I wanna know how are these ratings are set exactly? I mean based on what factors?!

For example, "CODE AUDITED BY 3RD PARTY"?

When NO -  Brand A gets a  4.95 rating while Brand B gets a 6.0 rating score! How is that? The same goes for having & not having own liquidity! Everyone has different reputation scores! How are these calculated again?

The method of evaluating a service was quite unclear to me as well. For example, in one (banned from this forum) category, two services have almost identical attributes, and yet the ratings differ significantly.
It seems as if the grades are given in lump sum.
Also, user ratings affect the total score, although some are obviously given only on the basis of personal opinion and not based on concrete experience.

the same problem just like experienced by other members, I tried to register on the WeLiveCrypto forum but did not receive activation email after trying twice. It seems this issue keeps happening from beginning, i think you need to resolve this problem permanently. because if the failures to receive activation emails happening for too long,i don't think user will request more activation email after trying for 3 times and if never received, users will forgetting about his registration on your sites.

Op I don't know how your website is, it is not working from my side. I have been trying to open this website for days now but it is not. Though network is very bad yet other sites are working fine even though it delays. But this site is not opening at all. I think you have to work on the site and I could also see other complains. One thing for website is for it liteness for people t use and access without delay is the best.

The website works well and loads so fast on my end. So it probably your internet connection speed as you pointed out or even your ISP blocking it. Try using a VPN as see if you can access it. Also try accessing it in a private browser or incognito mode just to be sure it's not some extensions/add-ons blocking it.

Email activation issue:
It looks like our email service is not responding to some activation requests. We are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, when the problem occurs inconsistently, it can be difficult to identify and fix the root cause.

We may also consider switching to a new email service provider if the issue continues. If you have experience with reliable email service providers, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share your recommendations with us.
