Timer.Cash — lock your own crypto behind a daily limit. Verifiable, no admin keys.

Built this for myself and a few friends who were sick of losing money to 2am impulses and gambling urges. Sharing it because it might help someone else. That's the whole pitch — no company, no token, no roadmap.

What it does

You deposit ETH, USDC, or DAI into a vault only your wallet controls, and set your own daily withdrawal limit in USD. After that the money can't leave faster than your limit — the contract enforces it, not willpower.

    Rolling 24-hour window (no midnight-reset trick where you spend double at the boundary)
    Lowering your limit is instant; raising it has a 24h confirm + 7 day time delay, so the urge passes before the money moves
    You can still swap between ETH/USDC/DAI inside the vault (Uniswap V3 / Maker PSM, Chainlink price band so you can't get sandwiched into oblivion) and park funds in Aave/Spark for boring yield — all of it stays behind your limit

Banks have gambling blocks. Crypto has nothing. This is an attempt at that, without giving anyone your keys.

Don't trust it — verify it

I know how "new service" posts land here, so:

    The contracts are non-upgradeable with no admin functions. No owner, no pause, no proxy. Nobody — including me — can change the rules or touch balances after deploy.
    The only place funds can go is back to the wallet that deposited them. There is no code path to move anyone else's money. Read it.

    If the website vanishes tomorrow, funds are unaffected — the site is just an interface. Everything works directly through Etherscan, and the app hands every user a recovery guide for withdrawing without the frontend.

Straight up:

    Not audited. Code is verified and deliberately simple, but treat it accordingly — start small and read the contracts before putting in anything that matters.
    Not a business. Nobody's monitoring this thread around the clock, there's no support desk. The contracts don't need one — that's the point.

Another thing, why should anyone connect to a site to lock their money that claims to be non-custodial, which is actually not non-custodial? Isn't there a safer way to do this without trusting a vibecoded site? Coldcard, which is more secure and built by experts, was compromised, not to mention a vibecoded site.

Still doesn't change my Opinion about the whole site.

Personally, I won't even bother to click on the connect button, not to talk of verifying the codes. All I am trying to do with my post is to warn those who might be considering testing the site. They should at least try it with a wallet they are not using for anything so as to reduce the risk of them losing their money.

You have a -5 trust rating and they're recent tags. I doubt anyone is going to go with this idea. Degenerate gamblers are going to want to have access to their funds at any time and privacy nuts aren't going to give you the time of day.

If someone wants to use smart contracts in order to help to build disciple on gambling, they will definitely not trust a smart contract which has not been coded by themselves or someone with a very good reputation.
I am afraid there is no reason for anyone to use that smart contract of yours.

Not even mention the average gambler wants to have their liquidity always at hand.

Anyone who can't control their gambling habits should seek actual solutions and not a random smart contract shared on the Internet, with compulsive gambling you could win ir lose, but exposing your wallets like this puts you at a high risk of losing all you have in it, not worth it.

The idea itself isn't new.
No one would ever support it in my opinion since it has no sense use a system where keys are not provided.
Plus here there is an issue, since funds would not be able to be accesible. In case of error ?! How to fix it? ...
 
I would not blame the forum but if you can trust something similar I would be surprised.
Any user that would avoid to gamble at 2 AM (at that time 99% I would be in a bed...mostly sleeping...) can just make a timelock transaction.
This would avoid output to be available before a specific time. Of course you can use the new outputs after a while.
In any case you can sign again a transaction so you can just have 101% control of your coins before being confirmed (imagine you select 1billions blocks or something similar.... like an error in a smart contract ).

Someone who can't take rejections shouldn't go anywhere near a business. What exactly was running through your mind when you were creating this project? That the whole forum would worship you and that gamblers would automatically flood your ann and within a week you would record a transaction of $3 million?

No admin in regards to a smart contract means it has no owner. Nobody can touch your funds except you basically


And there is no fucking business here. God forbid someone wanted to share something to potentially help others. Like I said, I would encourage anyone struggling with this issue to use a AI tool to recreate what I've made as it is extremely helpful and I believe the only solution for a subset of us.
