- Zeto will notify me at least 30 days before withdrawing the escrow funds.
- To initiate a mediation, the accuser must either publish a post (reply this topic) outlining the issue with sufficient supporting evidence or send me a forum private message. Any other form of contact will not be considered a valid mediation request.
- Any party found to have intentionally submitted false, misleading, or fabricated evidence may have their claims rejected.
- In any mediation, my decisions are final and binding.
- All types of business common senses will be applied in resolving a dispute.
- I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any escrow arrangement at my discretion, particularly where fraud, misconduct, or policy violations are suspected.
