Hey guys, I've seen some people promoting vave.com.

I'd like to share my experience with them.

Today I placed a bet on an event, the odd was 2.13. After some time, I see that the same bet that had the mentioned odd, had now a 1.68 odd.

I opened live chat and explained my situation, even shared proof of how the odd STILL WAS 2.13, but I just received the generic "odds are subject to change" bullshit. I guess if the bet wins, I'll just win less.

As you can see, the odd shown by Vave.com is @2.13, but to the right my bet has now odd @1.68. Funnily enough, after I opened live chat and mentioned this, the odd was correctly set at @1.68, just confirming their system is just fucked up and I'm just the victim of it.

If there's an odd change in a particular game, to the best of my knowledge, it’s not supposed to affect an already registered bet but new games.

It appears that this particular casino have been given you some tough times, still wonder why you keep on patronizing them.. everyone have their choice though.

They've got a really weird withdrawals policy too. You have to wager a certain amount before you can withdraw your own deposit. Both of those are really weird.

I think the odds thing is just some weird dynamic pricing model but I could be wrong on that one. The withdrawals thing is way worse.

Those are normal.

It's to avoid people are using a casino for mixing their coins. Usually casino will have at least 1x waggering for the deposit you're made into the casino. I check their term & condition, withdraw must be made 3x wagering for casino games and 1x for sportbet.

I don't think it's really weird at all, just a little too big. Usually 1x already should be enough, these maybe can be taken as suggestion for them maybe for lower those.

I think the appropriate place to make this post is in accusations, but based on what you outlined, I think sometimes it happens but some of don't observe it because it doesn’t affects wining bonus and potential...

You would have allowed the game to play to the end before you come up with the result...at this point you're assuming, if the winning will be lesser or not...But it doesn't happen the way you think, provided that you have already placed your bet before the odds drops, your wining amount will come with the initial odd values, not with the changed odd values or amount..in summary, your pay out will be with the original odd, which is with price of the first odd.

I don't think that is enough to call them scammers, at least they haven't scammed you of your money. Yeah, you are right that once you place a bet, you lock the odds at that time and any change after then shouldn't affect your bet. However, i have not played in this casino before and i don't know exactly how they operate, could it be that they are simply displaying the current odds for that option and your bet is still locked in your initial odds?

That is not enough to throw shit at any casino. What felt wrong? Explain what happened when you gambled there. You are talking about the reputation of a service here, so you'd have to explain what you didn't like about the platform.

OP, seems you once had issues with this same casino in the past and here you are again with another complaint at hand against the same casino. I will advise you to move on to the next casino if you keep experiencing such attitude from them. You can not be creating a topic advising members to stay away from a platform while you are a still using the same platform.

As far as I know, when you are placing a bet and the odds happen to change at that very instant, most sportsbooks will warn you about the odd change and will ask if you want to proceed or not. Now OP, was that the case with Vave?

How I wish you would get a video of it happening so that we know it was either vave's fault or yours. I saw some past accusations about them, but I am not sure if they had them resolved since they still have a presence in the forum.

That's not weird at all. Look around and see if other casinos don't have the same policy. I thought it's common knowledge already regarding wagering policies before you can withdraw your deposit. If they don't do that, criminals all over the world will surely take advantage of that loophole to make their money look like it's from casino winnings.

They might not be likened by most, but the sudden change of odds happens for all sports books. The sudden change of odds happened also in me in other bookies. But if you want to pursue and think what you're saying is justifiable, post it on the Scam Accusations although it's mostly like a waste of time for you for that reason of change odds.

I'm thinking about heavily demanded bets. I believe this guy bet on a heavily demanded bet, forcing the bookmaker to drop the odds. Maybe someone took the 2.13 odds first before this guy and his internet is slow that is why the odds stuck at 2.13 and until he realize that he took the 1.63. This I think only possible if that bet is in demand that the system can't immediatly react.

So possible the OP had a slow internet while his bet is in demand.
