Any official emails of any company need to have its company's website domain.
Firstly it looks me official.
Secondly it closes gate of phishing scams because users will easily know that any emails with strange domains will be from scammers with phishing attempts.

It's unclear why Fiery.games decided to use that support email.

Transfers to a wallet are considered deposits. This means that users are depositing money there and in this way are buying Fairy tokens.

Transfers from "Roobet: Hot Wallet" mean that someone purchased Fiery tokens directly from their Roobet account.

Transfers titled "Fake_Phishing5938164" mean that the wallet from which the funds were sent has been identified and reported as a tool used by cybercriminals to extort data or funds. Scammers send coins to all casinos, so all casinos should be red flagged for that reason.

In my opinion, everyone should know that making withdrawals directly from every casino to other services is very bad idea precisely because of the risk of being flagged as a risky asset and subjected to AML verification. Even direct withdrawals from exchanges to other exachanges or serices are highly discouraged.

It seems I had a different experience from yours because after registration I couldn't find anywhere that leads to there deposit and withdrawal or the different coins they have, even on the claim you said you clicked I didn't also see any of those things but I will have to assume is network issue, however it was only when I click the profile I saw only there coin. Actually another thing i also discovered from the registration was the optional they gave users for email regeneration because considering they are demanding for verification they should have made the email compulsory, perhaps I would need to hear what op is going to say regarding this observations.
