Toobit.com exchange is illegally withholding my money

Hello, I used the Toobit.com exchange for a month without any problems.
Then, one day, a $505 deposit from a legitimate online casino wasn't credited, even though all deposits were coming in regularly.
Then two more deposits weren't credited. Even though I checked my account before making deposits, it wasn't restricted.

I contacted support, and they credited all three deposits after I watched the deposit video.
But they immediately blocked my account from withdrawing funds. This has been going on for almost a week.

The exchange is giving me empty promises while waiting for my request. I have a very short account history, and I've always received clean funds through the AML process.

And then the exchange immediately took my money and use it. (See screenshot)

When I try to withdraw money, I get an error; the trading rules are violated. Okay, if the trading rules are followed, let me withdraw my money and block my account. You have no right to hold on to my money that you've already deposited and are using.

The Toobit.com exchange is violating all the rules and won't return my money. OK, even though they initially promised it wouldn't take more than 24 hours. I've been waiting since last week.

It's a sad situation. In the past, I also had my account blocked on a certain exchange because I had made a direct deposit from a casino to my exchange account, and support informed me that this was not allowed. However, they quickly unblocked my account, and I was able to make withdrawals and deposits normally, as long as I always withdrew from the casino to my wallet and from my wallet to the exchange. This was explained to me by support.

But in the case of the exchange you used, I checked their Terms of Service and there's no point prohibiting deposits from gambling sites. Therefore, they are intentionally stealing from you. When I researched this exchange, I was shocked.

On August 6, 2023, they had their first scam accusation. Just imagine, that was 3 years ago!



One year passed without any fraud accusations against them, but:

- October 2024: 3 accusations

- November 2024: 5 accusations

- December 2024: 1 accusation

- January 2025: 1 accusation

- Every month of 2025: accusations of fraud against them

- This year: They continued with the same modus operandi and received fraud accusations

Their history of bad behavior was clearly visible for years and if you had done your research before using that exchange, you wouldn't have lost money. I highly doubt that those guys from that exchange will solve your problem.
