The Resilience Imperative
What we just witnessed on the Impact Money Show

By Bruce Porter Jr.
Master of Ceremonies, UN Blockchain Week | Host, Impact Money Show

Full show replay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xskPb6rUvOY

This morning David and I sat down for another Impact Money Show.
What unfolded was not just another episode. It was a clear signal.

I opened the show with a statement that still sits heavy:

Quote
“Here we are right in the throes of what looks to be the start of World War Three.”

Capital is pouring into defense. That is not a rotation. That is a stress test of every system we rely on.

The guests who joined us today showed exactly what real resilience looks like when the pressure rises.

---

Dr. Vin Menon – MindWave DAO / MindChain

After nearly three years of quiet building, Vin and the MindWave team completed a reverse merger onto the NYSE (current ticker APUS).

MindChain is now live as the world’s first fully reinsured Layer-2. Every asset minted — RWA, climate, ad-tech, insure-tech — sits under institutional reinsurance, including Lloyd’s of London syndicates.

Today NILA, the native coin, listed on WeBot (FinCEN-registered, licensed in 48 U.S. states).

Vin’s words on the show were simple and powerful:

Quote
“Finally we are in the U.S. market… regulation is also the best way to manage the token value.”

This is not hype. This is infrastructure.

Adam Reiser – Made in USA Inc.

Adam has spent 27 years building what the federal government only recently decided to enforce.

New USDA/HHS rules turned “Product of USA” into a real claim with real consequences — $7,000+ fines and 24-hour documentation requirements.

Instead of celebrating the stick, Adam built a bridge. His scholarship program removes the normal $5–9k audit costs and cuts monthly fees in half for the first 10,000 small producers. Roughly $85 million in private-sector support.

He is also applying the same technology to nutrient credits through oyster farming — already active in the Chesapeake, Hudson, Long Island Sound, and multiple international waterways.

This is supply-chain resilience with teeth.

Ryan Graham – Blockchain Kids USA

Only about 13% of Americans are meaningfully involved in crypto. School exposure is almost non-existent.

Ryan and his family are changing that. They are placing books on blockchain, AI, robotics, and cybersecurity into schools from pre-K through adult levels. One of those books has already been given to Coinbase leadership.

Their longer vision — replacing traditional field trips with visits to actual blockchain companies — is exactly the kind of forward thinking we need.

Educational resilience is national security.

Matt Dixon – Perfect Storm Index & Elliott Wave

Matt brought 40+ years of market experience and a clear framework.

Historically Bitcoin finds a major low around 850 days after the halving. That points to Q4 2026.

His Perfect Storm Index is currently at 57 — elevated. Elliott Wave structure from the all-time high is corrective and orderly.

Near-term he remains cautious. Longer-term he sees the classic path: shakeout → lower oil → lower inflation → liquidity → new highs, followed by alt and AI outperformance.

Discipline now. Aggression later.

Final thought

David and I have the privilege of sitting with serious builders every week.
Today’s show was a reminder of what actually matters when the world gets noisy:

Regulated infrastructure.
Sovereign supply chains.
Educated next generations.
Clear-eyed market intelligence.

The storms are not theoretical.
The only real question is whether we meet them prepared or unprepared.

We will see many of these same voices in New York during UN Blockchain Week.

The content is good and I like the fact that they are resilient in building for a predestined future and bringing the Blockchain to many other applications including agriculture and products certification, although since it's state-backed and the targets are institutions, so there's a lot of KYC involved. I watched the first 25 minutes and although I love the ideas, including catching kids young and positioning their mindset towards Blockchain and AI, there was nothing per say mentioned about decentralization and Bitcoin.

I believe this topic fits better in the Economics board, it isn't Bitcoin specific and shouldn't be here, you can move it to the appropriate board.
