I’m happy you quite understood what I’ve just said. I normally say that too much expectation births disappointment. Although I understood this quite late, after I may have experienced several disappointments before I learned this lesson, so I guess I can say I learned it the hard way, but learning this has really helped avoid making more mistakes as a gambler.

Second lesson I learned is that the money you won from the casino isn't yours until you withdraw it, if you leave it in your account, there is a high chance you still gamble with it and loose it back to the casino.

There is much to learn when gambling; we can choose to learn from ourselves or from what others have experienced in gambling and apply such for ourselves, I will also like to buttress on this point that we must learn positive traits in gambling and apply it on ourselves and not the negative ones, there are some behavioral characters in gambling that we should exist from considering them for our use, there is nothing you can learn from an irresponsible gambler than to stay away from such.

Mine, if it's not your day, it's not your day. You'll eventually feel it after losing several times and of you feel like it's not your day, it's better to wrap up and come back another day. It's hard when you keep pushing yourself just so you can get back what you've lost. It's hard to keep chasing your losses.

Once you've practiced how to accept and take a break when it's not looking good on your side, you're less likely to lose even more money. If you keep choosing the urge to continue playing even after losing several times already, you'll get used to this kind of thinking and will definitely affect your daily gambling routine overtime.

Amongst other good advise, I think the cash out is a good addition. For me, I have been lucky to escape losing a bet because of cash out. Also, just last week, someone I know that discussed a betslip that he was given cash out said he won't go for the cash until the game was completed and after two days, he saw me and said he later changed his mind. He cashed out and was fortunate that the remaining games didn't win  .. So he was happier because he would have lost all if he was selfish not to cash out. Therefore, I believe that introduction of cash out is quite helpful to gamblers. At least those gamblers I know that insisted not to cash out no matter how big the cash out is, they have started changing their mind and cashing out.

I support the cashing out advise. It has helped gamblers to win from time to time. Instead of losing streak, it is better to use cash out.

My two are pretty simple but hard to practice and that is quit while youre ahead. Cash out and slow down once you have won. Take a break and relish the win. The second lesson is to make sure you have established with yourself a budget for the night week month etc etc. And stick to that budget or else you may lose immensely.  Have a plan and keep it!

Nice lessons , is not all about given out lessons or learning new lessons is all about how will it impact on their gambling habits. The truth is that many folks have the knowledge of good risk management but they don’t know how to implement it in their gambling activities, don’t just learn from others and keep leave it like that. Make  sure the lessons or knowledge you have acquired in the past years is showing in your gambling life, lessons like ; keeping to budget , avoiding gambling too frequent , and avoiding chasing losses e.t.c. In all make sure you are not gambling in a way that’s harmful to your health and relationships.

I think One of the biggest lesson in gambling to realize that it should never be treated as a way to earning money. It's only for entertainment. Besides the money should be used within a limit, should calculate the risks. Sometimes Winning can be dangerous than losing because it creates overconfidence and drives you to win something bigger. Knowing when to stop, when to cash out and take a break is the most valuable skill, in my opinion. Good bankroll management and self-control are the most significant part than any betting strategy. Lastly, never, ever chase your losses. When you hit the limit you originally budgeted for the session, close the tab, step away and call it a day. The casino will still be there tomorrow. If you try to aggressively double down to recover what you just lost, you won't recover it, you will just keep leaking money until there is nothing left to leak!

However, I've conducted practical experiments and have repeatedly observed this phenomenon. Incidentally, the same thing happens when you meet girls. The world of gambling teaches its users and positive and negative experiences, all the lessons learned in the gambling arena are only ourselves who can put into practice, Whether what we do will have an impact in the long term or short term, we are the ones who can feel the impact of all those defeats and wins.

I can only advise the parks here, especially those who often gamble, even though we know that gambling has financial and psychological risks, one thing I can learn from gambling is "self-control" when we can learn to manage emotions or remain calm when facing various risks, I believe we have learned about real gambling and we feel gambling behavior towards ourselves as a whole.

Everyone has their own superstitions. For example, if I win, I do the opposite of what many people do, I withdraw the entire amount. I also never log into my gambling account late at night. I prefer to play on weekends so I won't get distracted during the rest of the week. And I have one rule that has become my golden rule when it comes to gambling, never to lend money to someone to gamble or to pay off gambling related debts. I went to help my mom out on her store and the little money sold was given to me to take home. On my way home, I saw these kind of gambling game and I decided to try my luck. I used the first money and lost it, my instincts was to win it back and that was how I continue gambling till I lost it all. I couldn't stop, because I needed back the money and thought the best thing is to continue playing.
