You said that if someone does not use an alternate account for the purpose of participating in a campaign, then it is not forbidden to have multiple accounts. I have had a few accounts banned, although I do not intend to participate in any campaign using them.
Multiple accounts is allowed
Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ.18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.
Therefore, I request the respected moderators to consider reviewing my banned accounts and making them suitable for posting. For example, one of my accounts is anon2806.
annon2806 is only a newbie account.
but if you have a banned account, you said banned accounts (more than one), and still create and use other accounts, it's not allowed by forum rule and you broke that rule.
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]
If the moderators accept my request, I will publicly disclose the information of all the other alternate accounts I used to maintain transparency.
All your accounts will be banned, because it's ban evasion. Except if your first banned account receives a second chance and ban lifted. However if you have many accounts banned with reasons different than ban evasion, when a ban evasion rule applies, it will be more severe.
You are banned as a person. From your story, your chance is very low while chance of ban evasion is very high.
Second chances. There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.
If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
