Point 2.7 reminds me of a few days ago when I saw an inactivity fee of $5 per month at a certain casino. Now I'm seeing an inactivity fee again, but this time it's not $5 per month, but 5% per month. As you can see:

source: https://klyroll.com/en/terms-of-use

I wouldn't be surprised if, in a few years, the scam accusation section has many threads created by casino owners charging inactivity fees because members X and Y created accounts and haven't used them for more than 12 months.
I also remember reading something like that from a casino ANN thread, this is actually a stupid new trend for any casino to begin with, will the 5% administrative fee for each month be deducted once the player makes his deposits?

@Klyroll, using the statement "we will make adjustment" and then it remains unchanged, personally, I would refrain from opening an account if this rule isn't changed. What's the logic behind the new trend, in your response to Slow death, you didn't state anything meaningful, I read your response BTW.

As we noted, our main liquidity and reserve wallets are kept private for security reasons. Rest assured, our operational funds are structured securely behind the scenes. Appreciate you keeping an eye out 😀💙
Can you answer roughly how much you have in liquid bankroll? This is kinda important.

You're right that the term 'No-KYC' has been overused and sometimes misused across the industry, leading to well-founded skepticism especially regarding large wins. Our goal isn't to play word games, but rather to prove through our actions over time that our checks are strictly for risk management, not a tactic for withholding legitimate wins.
Yeah but see this is the problem - too often the "risk management" is simply the risk to the casino's bankroll.
And 95% no-KYC is pretty damn bad for a no-KYC casino. This is like saying the murder capital of the world, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is a no-murder city, because for the vast majority of inhabitants it doesn't happen. It's just not a correct framing.
Just say you're a KYC casino if that's what you are. No harm, no foul.

You're being torn a bit to pieces in this thread (partially rightfully so), and I recognize it may seem harsh. But recognize the issue you have here - you're proposing a new casino, with no history, no bankroll, and terms that are just "trust me bro, we won't enforce them"

What value are you actually offering here?

To be fair, i have not seen any new casino make this information public in this forum, kindly share the links with me if there have been any. And it is really no use if OP provides that information without proof of liquidity. My advice is for every player to treat new casinos as a "potential scam" until proven otherwise, what that means is depositing only what they can afford to lose and understand that there is a great risk they'd not be paid if they win a large amount of money.
What value are you actually offering here?
There is really nothing else you can expect from a new casino, the market is already well saturated and that is no fault of the OP. They are well within their rights to start their own platform and try to get users onboard. Same way you are within your rights to be skeptical about what they are offering and ask questions.

It's their right to post, and it's our right to call out bullshit when we see it.
You show me a casino that sends ethereum deposits into a "gateway address" shared with other users, and sends withdrawals from the same.
