I checked your kyc/aml policy and i found this:

If the user refuses verification, a refund can be made within three business days. However, a fee of up to 5% may be deducted for the refund, as well as any network fees, if applicable, which will be deducted from the user.

Doesn't this look like a good business strategy, block as many withdrawals as possible, claim the tx's are suspicious, and as many customers as do not want to provide you with their personal data, have to lose 5% of their money, lol. It is ridiculous to hold your customers to ransom to provide you their personal information. You should only deduct network fees when providing a refund.
However, you offer quite a lot of assets, do you have your own liquidity or use third party liquidity providers?

there is nothing modern, reliable, or secure about your exchange.
it looks exactly like all the other exchanges using some cheap script they bought somewhere.

i don't know if this is just a coincidence or if they are working on fixing their broken website, but they removed the reserves numbers after you posted that.

I just checked and that's correct. Right now there are no pairs or reserves anymore. You only need around a second on the website to understand that whoever is behind it doesn't know what they are doing, but somehow they want people to trust them with their money.

Another thing, when you click the 'about us' button, it talks about a different exchange, with another name: Air-Buy.Exchange-ABEX. I don't know if it is supposed to be the same service as TrueFiat.pro, or just more evidence of a broken site and amateurs behind this. Totally crazy.

they have mostly the same terms including the 5% refund fee, tho it's much more detailed and much worse than what's on truefiat.pro.
the 10AM to 10PM working hours are also identical + other pages they copied.



i don't think OP is going to provide any answers. those sites just show up here, post their SEO spam, and leave.

In connection with Z-tight's concern about charging up to 5% of the Tx amount for those who refuse to verify stuff, why don't you just add another field to run AML checks before they send their cryptocurrencies?

While the others have noticed the AML matter, I've read and impressed with your reserves if that's for real. And even I don't have put email and telegram, the rules and aml/kyc policies are required a check. I think that's a big factor for most users by using this kind of exchange.

It is definitely just a copy/paste, that is, a ripped white-label template.
On "About us" or anywhere, there is no information about the legal entity behind this site, so it can be considered unlicensed.
What is the problem in the whole thing? The unlicensed anonymous exchange reserves the right to freeze the user's funds if they deem it necessary. This should always be a big red flag

That's a way to attract potential customers but they have to prove that they're for real and they have proof of reserves. Not just some numbers that can be shown on their platform to get customers confidence that they have that.

Correct since we could clearly see the whole low effort actions they made on their site.

Also seeing their about page which shows the old air buy branding. Shows that they are just recycling a same $20 script towards multiple domains.

Those exchanges claiming to have millions in reserve, but shows they can't even fix their branding shows they are not truly a real exchange. What I see is classic pattern on which those people shows fake reserve and cheap script then aim to scam people the time they deposit. They provably don't care about depositing small or big because their intention is to drain people's money once they decide to use their platform.
