Before that we already got a lawsuit ongoing for $MELANIA but this is different because $MELANIA is controlled by Kelsier ventures but this one is tied with Trump. I personally think this is only going to be political theatre and SEC lawsuit is unlikely but what do you think?

Nothing will come out of it. That is how meme coins are. It is not about scam, people should expect that Trump coin will be pumped and dumped just like other meme coins, no difference from the others.

This is not going any long way, after a few time you will not hear about the lawsuit anywhere...reason been that Donald Trump is the incumbent president, every other persons in government position is seated under his control, even though two democrate senators rise against him, they're more than 5 more that will give him a support...So he can do everything with his immunity to struck the suit out of the way, if it will ridicule his political carrier...

The first thing that goes through my mind when I saw this was how is that going to be possible when he is in power, because immunity is still covering him, and in addition, it's just like someone is telling you to investigate your boss, which I believe is never going to happen now that he is in government.

We may argue that their is nothing like scam about it, since it's in the nature of meme coin to fall more than they rise, or showing it normal trait of pumping and dumping, but since this is related to Donald Trump, it's quite normal for his haters or his rival to take it personal and make a big deal out of it when he has left office, because nothing will ever come out of it, especially now he is still the president of the country.

And even if anything is to be done against Donald Trump, it should be after his presidential reign. From the very beginning, one could tell nothing profitable would come out of it. The same happened with davido fans in Nigeria, who invested in a scam coin just like this, how did it go for them? Terrible! Majority are all regretting that single move and no words of accountability nor responsibility from him.
