I want to inform the community that vivekdhyani1 proved himself/herself that he is not scammer and I have already received 150$ from that person and hopefully think I will receive the rest.

I don't personally know vivekdhyani1, although I know he is very active in the BSFL telegram channel, great conversation in discord server and yeah, I think he is a good guy and won't default this loan.

I also know that he is working as a casino chat moderator. He mentioned this publicly (BSFL tg) himself, so I guess it's okay to share it here. I just won't mention which casino.

Glad to hear that is resolved. He was active in the Indian sub-forum, and I haven't heard from him since the ban.

It looks like a simple mistake by @eternalgloom, who is highly enthusiastic because he only started creating reputation threads this year, despite being in the forum for 13 years.

The terms will be set between the lender and the borrower. And as long as they are not having any issues, it is always wise to avoid creating unnecessary drama in these situations.

Glad to hear that is resolved. He was active in the Indian sub-forum, and I haven't heard from him since the ban.

It is not completely resolved yet, but this is a good sign that the debtor is willing to repay their loan.

I need to read more about Shasan's loan terms, because i do not understand everything about it. But from surface knowledge, i get it that you charge additional interest on loan extentions (correct me if i am wrong). If i am right on that, wouldn't it be wise to cut that out for this user, so only the initial fee would apply.

I have been seeing scam accusation threads from you about the loan default for a long time. I know this is part of business, and people will often leave the forum and scam. But this one created a smile on my face. At least someone is still showing some positive signs. I would support Coyster's request and request that you not charge him the extension fees, if possible, and take the original amount only.

I do not like some Indians for some reason (because most of them have a scammy mindset). If I say all Indians, that would be wrong. There are some good people as well. At least he did not follow pakhitheboss.

I once again express my respect for your faith in good people. I have repeatedly been surprised by your trust and patience with your creditors, but the last few stories prove to me that you know what you are doing, even despite your own risks.
It's nice to read such news, and I want to believe that there will be more people on the forum who keep their promises and repay their debts. Similarly, you need to be fair to the fact that taking out loans online nowadays looks like a kind of miracle, since we see a lot of scammers everywhere, and here on the forum you provide such opportunities.

Good to hear that vivekdhyani1 is honoring the deal by paying back part of the loan instead of disappearing forever just because he got banned. Especially since some people prematurely labeled him a loan defaulter and scammer. Hope he honors the deal fully.

I knew him from BSFL, and it was a really stupid way to get banned (plagiarizing in gambling board).

It's good that you recovered part of the loan amount, especially since there are accounts ready to scam for $10 (_{if given the chance}) I just hope this doesn't lead to requesting out a larger loan.

There is no reason for him to honor deal halfway if he doesn't intend to fully do so, despite being banned from the forum vivekdhyani1 have been pretty active on side telegram group where a number we users do chat, and he's been very vocal about his intention of repaying the loan, while also being sorry for getting banned.

I am glad that part of the loan repayment has been honoured with the promise of having it fully repaid some time soon. It's one of the rare cases, especially when a user has been banned and is no longer participating in any signature campaign.

This should also be an eye open to anyone who decides to create a speculative thread in the reputation board before the loan repayment date has even reached. It's better to first reach out to the lender via PM before creating any such thread.

I am (not) offended. Yep, it's fair image of my countrymen. Huge population, plenty bad apples than the good ones. Back when I read eternalgloom's post, I was drifting more towards that shasan just might have gotten scammed as well, but I am glad he was not, as it looks like Vivek is clearing his debts.

Scammer has "No Nation, No Country, No Religion!" So, I think better not to call any country/religion/nation for a scammer, loan defaulter or something like that. A man can be a bad person but not the full part of that country/nation/religion. So please stay away from telling like this.

This is why I wrote the word "Some" in that post.
I know there are good people, as I mentioned in my post. But when it comes to scamming people, the sub-continent countries have the most scammers in the world. The African region probably takes 2nd place. If you track the location of those scam call centers, 95% of them are from West Bengal and Mumbai. A large number of people work in these call centers as employees. Of course, there are more good people than bad, which is why we still trust people.
