To me that sounds like the service lost something unless they are talking about potential losses had certain vulnerabilities and flaws been discovered and abused.
I saw this
post on X, the context is that boltz issued a warning signing a pgp letter to users certifying that they (boltz) have not received any government order to seize their infrastructure (yet).
In the letter mentions that they will commit to issuing a new notice within 60 days stating that they are fine, if don't, they stop updating us, we can consider that the worst has happened.
In short, they implemented a kind of deadman switch that will serve as an alert if they are under coercion.
