You need to first understand clearly what you are actually buying. Is it just source code or complete white-label solution?
Along with that, whether there is license, payment gateway, game provider, provably fair system, security audit, KYC/AML support, affiliate system and ongoing technical support are also important. white-label model is used by many operator because it allows for quick launch. But if you become overly dependent on provider, you may have problems in future.
And if you want to buy an unsuccessful casino then don't just look at the domain or software to decide. If I were you, I would first look at why it didn't succeed. And keep in mind, it's very difficult to start over with a bad reputation on
