I will be talking about the tokenized SPCX price, but I am also referring to the stock.

The all time high was $228, $114% is the 50% drop, but the coin has fallen  to $110. The lowest price was $104 which it fall to a day before yesterday but increased to $130 yesterday and started falling and now at $110.

I think many people rushed in, bought the IPO and also bought when the coin was launched. They made almost 2x gain and dump the stock for now.

What could be the future of the stock and token?

It was clear from day 1 that we were not going to see the early days being bright. I have no idea why people got in so quickly; it was never designed to make you profit in the early days itself. Because there were so many stocks that got unlocked that would be sold, and we have seen what that is doing right now. We should not be considering how this could change all that much for the long term as well. I understand things aren't always that clear, black and white for the economy and stock market; sometimes even that many unlocked could mean the price could still go up if there is enough buy pressure, but we all knew there wasn't enough buy pressure to begin with.

So there isn't really anything we could do to make it work; we should not consider this as something that would benefit us. In the end, SpaceX will be a great thing to invest in, I would say; if it goes under 100, get some. But the early days were a bad idea because of how many stocks were unlocked to be sold, and people made a mistake betting on it.

The stock is currently overvalued because the report that SpaceX put out before their IPO showed that they were unprofitable and even their earnings report from  few days ago just showed that they were still bleeding just slightly less than before. I believe it would be undervalued when tons of the investors that will soon get their tokens sells and get out and then their earnings and revenue flips positive. Until that happens, it would continue to go down because of the supply overhang till it gets to a point till where everyone thinks it's value.

For your information, on august 6th there is 911.5 million shares become unlocked. The market take this into account and decided to take profit early and then the market dump cascades which I believe is the reason why it has been going down 50% from all time high.

That is basically more than double the public float which was initially just around 639 million shares and even though their AI revenue is sky rocketing 250% to YoY of around 2.56 billion it's not enough to contain the selling pressure. I believe that the stock is overpriced the first time it got listed and finally a lot of traders realized it. However, since their AI revenue keep going up, the stock will also go up at some point.

This company owns a huge AI datacenter where frontier AI lab like Anthropic runs its models, even Google and others.

Any shares you can buy below the IPO should be considered a gift.  This stock will likely be trading at $300 by the end of 2029 and I think that return from here will rival the performance of Bitcoin over that same period.  Additionally, SpaceX won't have a 4-year cycle, so you will be able to continue riding those gains for many years to come.

Even if you don't make money on this as an investment, this will be the most important company in the history of mankind and being a part of the ride will be worth the admission cost.

Right now, there are around a billion shares that are currently afloat, and TBH, I expect that there will be a dump when the almost a billion shares got unlocked yesterday, but the market didn't react at all - or I guess let's just say that the market reacted early before it happens hence the downfall of the price of the stock that we've seen in the last few weeks.

I still believe that the market is overvalued, and I don't know, but I have said this since it's launch. For me $50 would be the bottom of that share, and it might even go even lower as more and more tokens get unlock. I wonder though what's the thought process right now of those who bought during the IPO and will only get their tokens unlocked on the October which is the next schedule. As for the future of the token though, I don't think that Musk will let it die after starting at around $3T I think. If there's somebody who will try and accumulate this token, what I would do though is to wait for it to go below $100 to maximize the profits that you might get in the long run then just do DCA. Will I do it? Probably, but not until it gives dividends.

Ah, yes. SpaceX falling after a short period of hype. This was expected to happen. Nothing surprising, tbh. It's going to get worse now that early investors and employees will have the opportunity to sell their shares on the market. A good buying opportunity for us? You decide.

Personally, I don't think SPCX will get that far. Especially when Musk's vision of AI in Space and colonizing Mars is unrealistic. At least, in the short-term. It's going to take decades before Elon Musk's dreams become a reality. I'd say SPCX is overvalued. A more realistic price would be $75 per share. But that's just my prediction. The future is unpredictable, so anything can be expected.

Many people where disappointed on how spcx was launched, they thought average people could got in and they couldn't, it's the wholesales and institutions that got in. The coin had distribution and no new money came in and people began to dump, some institutions sold and waiting to buy at the bottom which is smart but I don't know how Elon is able to pull this number so big and they couldn't stay, it's too diluted for a fair launch, the hype was too much.

There is going to be a rebound but maybe after some redistribution to other investors, the same people that bought in the IPO are still holding, no new money has come in and that is what people are waiting for and seeing how big the market cap looks, some crypto institutions are waiting to get in but I think they want more drop, it will take half of traditional institutions to pump that shares, it's too large for a institution that launch of recently.

I know that RWAs are a kind of modernized stock in the form of crypto tokens but I've always had my reservations about them being compared to shares which are actually holding part of a tangible asset, so I'm not surprised that you're seeing holding tokenized SPCX on the long term as foolish. Personally I don't feel comfortable to hold anything "token" for a long term even if it is affiliated to a real world asset because of the reputation of many tokens in the market that ended up becoming worthless over a period of time. As for SPCX stock I believe that it has so much potentials to give it's shareholders profit in the future despite the fall of it's share price which I believe like many observers that it was overpriced but the further it drops is the better opportunity for shareholders to buy and hold it for many years.

Traders are taking action and making the best of the opportunity they got from the current market volatility with spcx token and even the stock value, what I undesirable with this kind of project os that, their early market days are faced with alot of volatility and unstable price which gove expert traders the chance to accumulate more of the token during this time, so we should not be surprised wirh the market movement of the token right now

You are showing me the reasons why someone should put up some money into SpaceX, because I haven't encountered a stock asset that conducted IPO before and then started decreasing, it's always crypto and such crypto finds it hard to bounce back except it's a strong one.

SpaceX is owned by the world richest man on earth, and run by the best, i see every reason why it's going to do pretty well despite the rough beginning now, like you said, it's a gift having to see the price below IPO. I've always been preparing to grab some quantity of it consistently at all times.

They now have a strong foundation to grow even further than they have today. So their stock still has the potential to grow in the long run. It's just that people were so reckless in buying early on that they ended up paying a higher price than they should have, and now those investors are left holding losing positions. But regarding the SPCX token, it should track the underlying stock. If people want to use it as an alternative to buying the actual stock and holding it for the long term, they should first understand the risks involved, since we're talking about a third-party tokenization product.

It's now at prices not seen for weeks despite nearly $1B being unlocked. This goes to show that the market is usually moved by surprise more than the actual effect. $1B unlock is a bearish event but it was more bearish when everybody knew it would happen in the future and then the stock was priced significantly lower. Moving forward, I might start to look at situations like this under a different light about what has been priced in and what is still being repriced.

You think? Because things haven't been going well on Tesla, either. I mean, BYD has taken the lead in the EV industry, putting Tesla in a tight spot. In terms of market price, other companies' stocks have performed better. Many investors are waiting for Tesla's promised "RoboTaxi" to make a true impact in the mainstream world. Especially in the self-driving vehicles sector.

SpaceX is ambitious and all, but too optimistic (instead of being entirely realistic). I mean come on, do you seriously think we'll be able to colonize Mars soon? Or even launch AI data centers in space? It's something unfanthomable right now. Decades into the future? Yes. But not in the time-being. I'd expect SPCX to fall, until market prices stabilize. For higher, astronomical prices, something big must happen that would "blow" investors' minds. We'll see if Elon Musk keeps up with his promises.

What's the RWA version? Also, I don't think anybody doubted SpaceX because they have many businesses that could do really well like Starlink etc. It was just the market pricing in those unlocks given the amount of unrealized gains that those investors with locked tokens were sitting on. So everybody just considered that a premium price to buy from and just sold from there. I think people later looked at it at 100 - 106 price range and thought:

This is cheap af. In the future, it would be 150 or higher

And then just started bidding the lows. Let's not forget if they do merge with Tesla, SpaceX will just be top 2 company in the world.
