If we talk about my country, then my country is a 3rd world country and the number of poor people here is high. Here too, it is not that the rich do not gamble at all, but in comparison, the tendency to gamble is more seen among the lower class or poor people.

I think the kind of mentality that low income people have make more of them to be gambling often than rich people. The gambling sites do not force them to gamble.

When someone is a low income earner, he or she is eager to gain financial stability, and thus would gamble more than the the rich people does, this is nothing but the truth. Statistically those who gamble more are the poor people, and they are equally more vulnerable to gambling addiction.
As for the rich ones or those who are high income earners, they do not rely on gambling to survive, and because they have already gained financial stability, and are well paid they mostly gamble with the amount of money they can afford to loose, and when they loose money to gambling, it doesn't affect them the way a low income earner is affected.
If you are a low income earner it good you build your financial stability from a different option instead of gambling, you can exterblsh a small scale business, learn and invest in digital asset like bitcoin, and gamble responsibly with little budget for gambling, with this you can gain more financial balance than to totally depend on gambling to make money.

First off, it's not their fault. The economy must have put them in that state and they have nothing to do to increase their income. It happens everywhere, middle and low income people are most involved in gambling with the desire to get rich quickly and the hope of earning money in an easy way. Basically, managing your own greed is the biggest thing, you have to maintain mental control. But if you forget reality and get involved in gambling again after seeing a tempting gambling advertisement, then there is no way to stay away from your gambling addiction. The strongest defense against gambling is self-control and a realistic mindset. Gamblers unrealistically want to succeed in gambling and expect unrealistic results, which ultimately causes them to lose everything. Let me just assume that the betting companies are after those who are poor. Will those who are poor be able to gamble with huge amounts, as always for the betting companies to depend on, to make good profits from, in running their sites and paying their workers?

Most poor people have more time to gamble than rich people whom are often time webbed in their business, it’s the way it is everywhere in world, even if you go to regular markets to buy something you will often time see more poorer people scattered everywhere than the rich so i wont want us to narrow it as if casinos target only poorer people, its just unfortunate that the poorer people have more time to gamble and place their hope on gambling as a way of making ends means.

Another emphasis i would want to add is that we shouldn’t see a poor man as being completely vulnerable, vulnerability to me should be those who can’t distinguish right or wrong example children, older adults, disabled people etc, such groups are more vulnerable compared to just a poor man who has self awareness of what is right or wrong.

It's no doubt that the low-income earners and the average people are the ones who gamble more than the rich in every society, of which it's not only in Brazi, due to the fact that these group of people are the ones eager for money the most and desire for short cut and ways to get rich quick. But using that as criteria for judging crypto casinos for targeting the weak and vulnerable is what doesn't make any sense. I don't quite see what is so peculiar about gambling addiction and casinos targeting poor gamblers in Brazil, if casinos are targeting poor gamblers in Brazil, it means that they are targeting poor gamblers everywhere because poor people everywhere are looking for quick fix to make fast money and they see gambling as an escape route out of poverty. I wouldn't say that betting platforms are targeting the weak because brave people also gamble, what I can say is that I believe that poor gamblers are the most irresponsible, they will gamble and lose then start to chase loses until they become addicted. Except a gambling platform forces people to gamble I wouldn't say that they are targeting the poor, they lay out possibilities to bet and win and everybody is at liberty to either gamble or move on but unfortunately many poor people trap themselves into the illusion that they have to get rich through gambling.

Same way I thought also, because this gambling platform are not forcing anyone to gamble, it open to both the rich and the poor, just that the poor masses are too vulnerable, all because they are chasing for money and want to make money by all means, so they put everything they have into gambling for quick money. This is actually something which has been discussed here before and I have reached the conclusion that those kind of deals and operations in which some casinos actually prey upon the financially weak are true and are blatant in countries in which there are much corruption and an established gambling culture.
Think of countries like Nigeria, for example, where gambling has become part of their daily life, so it is expected some politicians have some stakes in their local gambling industry and are willing to encourage the poor to gamble, even though they are not supposed to do so in any way, shape or form.

I am not from Brazil, but keeping in mind of things are here in Latin America, I would not be shocked if this was actually a thing.

This is just a statement from a person and is not a founded fact but a personal opinion.  Gambling casino is a business and its target are everyone, not only a certain group of vulnerable people.

Remember gambling casino is a business, rather than targeting poor, low-income people, a casino wants to have wealthy customer that will frequent their platform. But obviously the platform won't ignore people regardless of their status as long as they have funds to play.

It’s very true that more low income people gamble more than the rich, but it doesn’t have to do with how they think alone. Lack of financial education, difficulties and how to become independent is what makes people to go into gambling. Just as you have said, betting sites don’t force anyone to gamble. The point is, how do such platforms target the poor ones? It's through social media influencers who have a lot of influence over the poor class.

Influencers use misleading advertisement methods, as they claim gambling is a source of extra income or may suggest they have been making profit that way, while in fact they are just being paid by the casinos to execute the task of advertising them.

It gives the masses the false impression gambling is a side hustle, a source of income to pay their bills or even to get rich overnight.

First of all we should know that these companies does not impose or coers anyone to gamble or patronize, what they do is open a company and then people who are interested will go and patronize them and one thing is sure,  there must always be customers to patronize them but if everyone decide today to stop gambling we won't be having this conversation so you can not tag this on casinos even though there objective is to make profit.

I think betting platform can intentionally target the weak players as they have access to our accounts and know who is losing or winning. If casinos can ban players that win too much because they have monitored the account then they can target the weak ones to get more money form them. They can target them by sending them updates on new games by deceiving them to make the weak players think they can win from those new games.  They can do this through newsletter as they ask players to subscribe then target the emails they want to be receiving specific ads. Casinos and betting platforms are looking for profit hence they can do so many things just to attract the type of players that will be making them profits.
