you can report it for spam if you haven't done so already, but i don't know if mods would delete the post, as they don't moderate scams.

If someone clears his browser cookies without saving the recovery code, his account and his funds associated will be gone forever. I checked and it seems your system doesn’t allow a logged-in user to log out before saving the recovery code, this is good but it is not enough. At least, you should force users to save their recovery code before letting them make their first deposit.

i wonder if someone can recover their account if they can sign a message from the bitcoin address he deposited from? would that be possible @zerosumpoker?

If they don't send out from Centralized platform then it is very possible for them to sign messages, meaning they should have their private key or seed phrase to sign messages.
Of course you are right, everyone is liable for their lose as the forum do not moderate scam, the forum members can only help to either tag the person so that everyone can be that careful with that particular profile.

Have you seen that the guy in question has three previous red tags and an active flag against him. I was referring to that when I said this:

All the features that you highlighted regarding your site are extremely common among crypto poker sites. Even the reliable ones like SWC etc aren't exactly popular. Just a fair warning.

You're right, there have been lot of new crypto poker site coming out recently. And most of them claim almost same feature. ZeroSum's 0% rake and transparency of their AI are a bit different, but I also think it needs some other unique things to be truly successful. I don't think 0% rake will be of much use without liquidity and real player base.

If the account and fund become permanently inaccessible after clearing cookies due to losing the recovery code, then it's practically as sensitive information as the wallet seed. Whereas a normal user might not consider browser reset or cookie clearing that risky. IRL I myself clear cookies while troubleshooting.

They should also explain in bold text on their homepage what the consequences will be if the code is lost. If they just write it in the FAQ, many will miss it.
