When my country participates in cricket, no matter how big a team my country is competing against, I try to bet on my country. Perhaps this may be my bad habit in gambling, but then I cannot control my emotions. But there is no specific player on whom I bet. In other sports, I bet on the team that I think is strong, considering the overall performance of the team.

I experience that once for a while especially if I'm tired switching games to play. Since odds does not will not change and we provably might get same experience.

Also the RTP will only matter if you do thousands spin and this will not occur on casual sessions. If you have fun on the game you are playing then comfortable with it, then sticking on that game make sense at all.

When your country is involved or when your country is playing a particular sport with another country, the best thing to do is not to bet, because it will be a big heart break if your country lose and you still end up losing your bet.
A lot of people do the same thing that you are doing, and whenever I see people that do that I usually advise them not to gamble with emotion, it’s not a good behavior, try to stop it.
I think you should continue doing what you do in another sport by betting on the stronger team so you won’t be losing your money regularly.

Sometimes I am surprised that experienced poker players can easily understand that a new poker player is sitting next to them. Is it just their experience that makes them understand? New poker players make big bets before they even realize it. And due to lack of experience, they often lose all their money by going all in.
