Not after today losing like more than 200 dollars in a few minutes. I mean it may contribute to a country economy as the companies operating it pay big amount of taxes yet I think it does more damage than benefit. Even holy books of all major monoteist religions say that in gambling there is very little benefit while the harm it does to people is much more than the benefit and I agree with this statement. Most people lives are ruined by gambling while very few are improved for real by a jackpot.

Gambling is not entirely bad, and while some individuals are criticizing it, there is also a different reason people are appreciating gambling, and I equally believe if every gambler are responsible no one will also criticize gambling, but when people gamble with huge amount of money, and they loose, you will definitely hear the noise, and also when people hear someone has made a life changing win, they would wish it would have been them.

Every coin has two sides, and the same applies to gambling. However the problem is that the negative side of gambling often completely overshadows its positive aspects. I also believe that gambling creates jobs and helps fund sports teams but where does that money come from? It comes from the money that someone else has lost right?

I am not saying that gambling is completely bad but I also wouldn’t say that it is good. Let’s say gambling were banned. Wouldn’t those people find different jobs? Wouldn’t other companies sponsor sports teams instead? At the same time the people who made losses might be saved from making those losses.

Gambling must have good sides that is why many governments allow gambling in their countries, if it is something that doesn't add any benefits to citizens in a country I'm sure that the governments wouldn't allow casinos to operate in their countries. I will respond on the matter of gambling contributed to the state about taxes.

How does the mechanism on crypto casinos apply tax? Will the casino itself pay taxes to the state that grants the license? What about the player who wins his usual large amount that I know it is not taxed, so my assumption is this is not a big contribution to the state tax.

It's different for the US. so players are required to pay individual taxes, that's what we know.

No matter how we want to see it the harmful aspects of gambling to an individual supersedes its benefits, gambling has actually destroyed some homes for those that can’t control their addiction, some men can stay in the casino for hours living their wives and kids at home and end up losing the entire money meant for the family upkeep at the casino. I completely agree with OP on the aspect of benefits to the government and sports in general but i don’t see any direct benefit to the individual because in a long run if you do a statistic of your gambling you will see that most times you lose more than you win, that is why i always advise people to only gamble what they can afford to lose, so they don’t end up ruining their life.

I totally disagree with you of all being mentioned as the benefits of gambling because for all you have distinguished is basically how gambling can contribute to enrich organizations such as shareholders affiliating with the sports or event, also as the benefits it brings to the regulatory authorities via taxation as revenues and lastly, how it generates revenues to increase rewards of players participated in the event.

If you are talking about the benefits of gambling, I think it is right we just focus on the outcomes of the gamblers specifically.

That's right... gambling provides a lot of opportunities for many people as It creates jobs for casino dealers and other staff utilities working in casino establishments, which as far as I know, often offer higher salaries compared to regular office jobs ++ the tip and bonuses that they have from a winning client. I also think that this is one of the biggest and most positive contributions of gambling to our industry that sometimes people tend to overlook this coz they focus only on the negative sides, which is the impact of gambling to a people..  you've stated that people can develop emotional control and make good decisions without gambling being connected to their lives but that doesn't necessarily mean that gambling can't help someone to develop those qualities as well. What he meant is that you'll have to exhibit those characteristics while on so it actually helps people understand the importance of having emotional control and make good decisions with their money although it takes someone to be determined in applying self control while gambling, not everyone can which is why many gamblers get addicted to it.

Have you noticed that the amount of casino logos we see around have increased? Often on youtube I see casinos being sponsors. Casino sponsors activities besides professional sport. Even if audience ignores gambling and money spent goes into nothing, casinos support almost everyone who wants to be creative and show that online, whether on playing, creating videos, streaming and etc.

Just think how much talent is shown to world with financial support of gambling. When I for example see someone is drawing a beautiful picture live, while wearing t-shirt with casino name on it, I dont pay attention to casino but instead pay attention to talent shown. Without money that casino pay to that streamer, I would never know about his existence, because he will never draw live online.
