This is just a reminder and a warning to those that are new to wallet protection and security to be careful with clicking on ads online.

Yeah a reminder for anyone who’s stupid enough to input their seed on a a website when they intended to download an app..

Does  trezor suite have a website of it’s own ? It could have been another case entirely if he downloaded a phishing replica by visiting a sponsored ads In short what he did, was very stupid indeed.

What I will only point out is checking urls when trying to visit an official page.. and always make sure you’re not clicking on anoying google sponsored ads.

Not a too good news we have here, and these are the type of things that people has always warned about especially on this forum. Where education and security of your funds is one thing that people emphasizes, crypto scam is one thing that people should take seriously because scammers are always on the watch out and looking at vulnerable people to scam their money.

We should try as possible to making sure that we don't click on sites and even links that, we are not sure of because some sites are actually traps that these scammers has developed to tricking them to losing money.

Phishing technique is one that is now common, so the better people learn and understands how it works the better. I believe that news like this will serve as a big lesson for others to learn.
