I think apart from being tempted by some ads that are too dramatic and exaggerated, this also happens due to greed that cannot be controlled properly.
It is human nature but unfortunately for most gamblers they are always unable to stabilize their logical thinking and focus only on greed which makes them have the mindset that gambling both in land-based and online casinos can be one of their stepping stones to change their lives.
