I’m more than sure that the responsibility lies on both sides. Yea, op is just trying to make us understand that there is no perfect strategy to get rich with casinos. When I saw the title without reading the body of the post, I felt that the title was misleading, but upon reading, i was convinced that op knew what he was doing. I swear. I was also amazed seeing a total different thing all together when going through the body of the topic.
