I agree with diversification, I won't tie down any percentage to where I choose to diversify into. Any asset that is giving me the best return out of others, that is where i will hold a greater percentage of my assets. If a local business is flourishing, I suppose it is where I would spend more money reinvesting into.

I can only call a percentage when comparing digital assets, up to 50% or more will go into Bitcoin, rather than gold or any other asset.

I don't have any problems with spreading your portfolio, but the only thing that makes me not like the idea is because most of the assets you will spread them to are not held on self custody wallets and anything wey go make me keep my assets for any CEX again, I no think say I go go down that lane, especially with the terrible experience wey I get with this bitmart exchange, I get some coins for there and the platform just shutdown restricting so many people of their assets, although na something wey no dey common but when the goal is long term you can never know what's at stake in the future.

There is a popular saying "You cannot tell a man what to do with his money"... Now keeping that in mind, I will assume everyone should know what they are willing to risk and what they are willing to invest. Investing in bitcoin is a perfect idea, and diversifying your investment is not also wrong, but if we are talking about percentage allocation in asset like bitcoin, is totally based on the person involved in that investment, some investors are high risk takers while some are moderate risk takers, so depending on the individual, if you earn income weekly or monthly, you can invest 10% or 20% of your weekly or monthly income for DCA, and for those who invest in lump some they can invest any amount depending on their risk tolerance.
I once read a story of CZ who sold his house, and invested the whole money in bitcoin, and that is a huge risk that is very rare to take.
Different people with the type of investment they like most, and as for me, am comfortable with bitcoin because I quite understand how bitcoin works, and can invest any amount in it so far I can afford it.

There's no guarantee that a person will make profit in bitcoin investment even if you HODL for Long term, so you don't need to be too sure about it because it is not guaranteed. Each person can do it according to their own financial situation and risk. However, keeping 25 - 30% of total assets in Bitcoin can be the best decision. Because at present, Bitcoin has become a better asset than gold. So I would prefer to invest in Bitcoin instead of gold and the most suitable asset to fight inflation is Bitcoin at present. Even if we face a complete loss of this amount, our financial situation will still be under pressure, but we will be able to handle that pressure.

Emergency Fund:
Some people keep 3 times their source of income in an emergency fund, while some people keep 3 times their monthly expenses. It completely depends on how a person makes it. However, it is best to keep an amount equal to 3 months of income.

Firstly, let me correct the the fact that both gold and bitcoin are doing absolutely nothing well especially the physical gold which might serve different purposes aside just a store of value and isn't as volatile as the bitcoin market and mind you, this isn't me trying to compare the both but rather making some points obvious to you since you were trying to compare them both.

Secondly, we've talked about the issue of discriminational income countless times and how best to allocate them and since bitcoin investment is intended for long term sake, it is always best advised that we should only invest the amount left after we already settled our other expenses and kept aside our emergency funds as this will help us not to temper with our investments port folio at every slightest cause.

Thirdly, concerning the issue of agriculture, I just wanted to let you know that, every business has its own challenges and just as bitcoin is a very easy investment options that simply has to do with putting money down and hoping to see it rise free a given period of time without even having to do any other time but staying patient and getting rewarded which isn't same with agriculture as it is always very capital intensive and even with the investment, nothing is certain as losses are still possible.
