The youth are the most valuable asset of any nation, community, or family. They bring energy, creativity, and innovation. They are eager to learn, quick to adapt, and willing to take risks for a better future. 

How can underdeveloped nations use the energy of their youth to break the cycle of poverty and grow their economies?

Youths can help the economy is what I have been hearing and which is true in countries that have good economic leadership. There are some countries that are rapidly reproducing with high fertility rate, but the youths in such countries are foreign goods and services consumers. Countries like Japan and South Korea that have low fertility rate are more of producers than the developing and underdeveloped countries. I do not know what will happen tomorrow, but that is the reality today.

The truth is that any country that fails to utilise the strenght of their youths, you will see the effect in every part of the country because their most vibrant and intelligent youths will migrate to where they are needed. You will not see any country flourishing without a healthy working youths because those are the people that drives the major sectors. This is the reason there is retirement age that specify when a person is supposed to be in his most productive age which is mostly the youthful age.

Underdeveloped nations are not called so due to their underdevelopment only but  the causes of them being underdeveloped also lies in their inability to give their leaders of tomorrow the best of education. Building a stronger economy requires literacy in that field, and this can be achieved only through the best of education given to these kids.

Young people are a country's biggest advantage. If you invest in them properly, the country grows. If you neglect them, things fall apart. The obvious question is how to turn that energy into something useful. A lot of young people are smart and willing, but they don't get the right training or opportunities. They end up frustrated or leaving the country altogether. It is not just about building schools but building systems that actually prepare young people for the real world not just exams, but real skills that can get them jobs or help them start businesses. When you give young people the tools to succeed, they don't just build their own lives they also build the economy around them. That is how countries move from poverty to progress.

For any country to be developed, the youths must be actively participating in the activities that help maintain a strong economy, most of the developed countries are investing in their youth, they make it easy for the youth to learn and contribute to the country one way or another.
They make policies that don’t discriminate youth, and use merit as standard criteria for slot. most African countries have very smart youth that can help their countries economy but the opportunity are limited, and often  given to the privileged one’s, and that’s why you see most smart youth from Africa moving to the Europe for greener pasture, because youth are being utilised over there with of course better pay checks as well.

The more a country can turn its youth into wealth, the more developed that country is. It must be remembered that the doctors, engineers and scientists of the future will come out of the youth. The more we can value the youth, the more the youth will become our wealth and will be able to make the country prosperous and bring about major changes in the economy. However, the youth of our country have become so disorganized that they are now showing great interest in social media.
Their biggest mistake is that they are spending their valuable time on social media instead of studying.
If they cannot be brought back on the right path at this time, then our youth will not become wealth in the future but will be considered a burden on the country and will take the country backward instead of moving it forward.
Therefore, a lot of research must be done in the conscious circles on how to turn these young generations into wealth, as they have to play the highest role in protecting us.

Any nation without good leadership can never maximize their youth’s ability and potentials no matter how good their youths  be, the bad leadership will affect their future through several means which include:
Poor educational background
Lack of social amenities
Lack of proper planning for the youths.

Furthermore, after studying very hard to make good of their knowledge for the nations, the leaders tends not to give them opportunity due to their selfish interest and that’s how talented youths went without using their talent, and it have a great effect in the country’s economy.

The developed countries are different, they encourage their youths to learn skills and get proper education, if they get all the required skills, their experience are used to build the nation’s economy. This means if leaders can do the right thing, get good job and encourage their youths, they can make their economy better.

Bad leadership never does any good to a country and as it affects the youth it is indirectly affecting the country's future and development as well. With bad leadership and less support to the youth the country remains stagnant for years that's why underdeveloped countries find it difficult to develop because of the bad leadership. It's clear that most of the underdeveloped countries would do better if they have good leaders..

With all these youths can easily get affected and feel discouraged because they lack the proper motivation to keep them productive and in the end most of them may end up seeking opportunities else where. This is also a major way a country lose their productive youths but most leaders in an underdeveloped countries are only after their selfish interests and don't care about the development of the country.

The youths in countries with rapid production are countries where the leaders prioritize production over consumption. In countries where the leaders themselves will not consume goods or services produced in the country, do you expect the masses to see quality in them? Youths are the future, but they are not to be blamed for the misfortune of their fathers and mothers. For the country to be better, it has to start from the leaders to the elderly ones, till it transforms the youths that will pass it down to the next generation. Youths build on an already existing foundation. If the foundation is toxic, they will follow that way, and if it is otherwise, the youth will do better.

If they believe to the better future which is brought by the younger generation, they have to invest on their education by providing quality teachers and schools facilities. These potential professionals will have a better learning if the environment where they are learning is a proper place. But, that's where the problem is and most governments in the underdeveloped countries lack of budget in doing so. Yet that decisive action will definitely provide them an improved literacy.

The quality education is already there rather they need to provide the eligible ones the merit based results. Equality is not important but equity is. I have seen individuals controlling three or more seats at a time in my country by higher references. And that is the main reason that the underdeveloped ntions stood on where they are and I am assuming they condition might get more worst than the current if things go in that way.

In here youth is not following their dreams ,instead they are fighting for their survival.

So there's the defect in the system and that can't be changed quickly. While it's sad to know that most of the youths are not following their dreams but looking to have a career that can make them survive, at a point of their lives they'll also living with their dreams once they're all set and stable. I guess most of the youths wanting to go to the greener pasture whether they'll have quality education or they'll just want to work and earn money because they can always go back to school at any age if fate allow it for their situation. What they're looking at is just to get out of their bad situation asap.

Youths are the work force of the economy and country, but the problem is that most countries are lead by leaders who are old enough to have retired from government which made the transition of youths into leadership to create the enebling environment for youth engagement in economic activities, like in my country vas majority of youths are without Jobs or any meaningful engagement that brings out their potential, so opposite is the Case youth instead being fruitful with their energy are now wasted and unutilized.

The youths are the leaders of tomorrow and that is why they need to be given all the opportunities they deserve to add value to the economy. Youths aren't lazy, they accept whatever, hardship the old corrupt leaders caused in the country and that's why you see that some of them will travel abroad for a better life because they don't want to the affected by the bad leadership of their country.

The youths in come countries are no longer the leaders of tomorrow because the youths are dying everyday while the old and wicked politicians are occupying their positions. The youths are becoming too cold that's why they are being neglected and they are not being regarded in the country, initially I suggested that we need peace to reclaim our position from the old politicians but right now I think the youths should rise up and fight if they ever want to see their countries getting better cause the wicked politicians are looting what they should use to develop the country and make it a better place for the sake of tomorrow.
