I believe blockchain can run on entry-level devices.

What we need is electronic cash between users, not corporate capital injections


Electronic cash often depends on capable hardware to function.
But most people already have a mobile phone.
If we think differently, perhaps there is another way.
It may sound ridiculous. But look around many people still struggle to understand electronic cash.
