Every government agency is working under the instruction of the government so there is nothing like being an independent body as the media made us to believe. EFCC has caused more havoc in this country and for you to know how corrupt and bias the EFCC is, look at their mode of operation, so unprofessional and criminal behaviour. How can they break in people's houses in the middle of the night that they are looking for fraudsters, what happen to the day time if not that they're operating illegally but yet the government kept mute and didn't review their code of conduct. All agency that poses themselves as an independent body are all falsehood, the government controls them all. Have you asked yourself why the EFCC mostly harass the opposition of the government and doesn't tamper with officials in government?
Their mode of operation is completely ridiculous and needs revamping that is if Nigeria wants to have a decent operational system in all establishments, since the establishment of EFCC they always work in accordance with that of the administration in power when there job is meant to stand and persecuted all offenders.
I have never seen the EFCC operate in a normal ground but only by the instruction given to them by same set of officials meant to be investigated for corruption, not only that and also operates in a manner that pleases them because they are not independent as they claimed to be.

I'm concerned about a recent happening where the EFCC froze Osun State account and the President BAT ordered the EFCC to unfreeze the account. The EFCC was established as an independent body that fights against financial crimes but from the recent act of the President shows that they are not independent as they are still controlled by the government.

Do you think that the government has the right to give them orders despite that they're an independent body? Your thoughts and opinion.

I'm happy as the Osun State political struggle for power finally came to end this morning as INEC announced the winner of yesterday's governorship election. And I'm just wondering how all those people who thought using the EFCC to fight and intimidate Governor Adeleke will be feeling right now as he won his re-election into office. Because I'm really happy as the people of Osun state was able to not give room to this barbaric present APC administration power to have control over Osun state this period, because the people of Osun would have felt what it feels like losing a good governor, and it's obvious other governors got envious due to his ability to dance always, while they can't, especially Governor Okpeguro of Edo State, a governor who couldn't pass a common as ordinary WAEC.

They are independent body, so they are not suppose to take order from anybody, they are suppose to do their job without anyone interfering in their activity, but na very nonsense country we Dey, everything now no pass money again, e don reach level wey be say na politicians dey control EFCC which is not making any sense. So now if EFCC Dey investigate any criminal activity, and our president talk say make dem close d case, that means d matter don die be that. seriously na very nonsense country we Dey, I just hope things will change, but make I no lie dis country Dey messed up already.

Governor adeleke victory at the poll wasn't just a victory for the osun people alone but for every Nigerian and it is an inspiration that if a governor who has no federal backing can contests and win the election means that there's hope for Nigerian.

Nigerians have suffered a lot under this administration, most Nigerians out there will not vote for this administration come 2027 because they don't have the best interests of Nigerian in mind. So this victory means alot and it say much about the electoral system that even though it weak, corrupt and being control by the federal government,it doesn't guarantee the president victory in the upcoming election as the president could lose his election if our votes are counted fairly.

The president is the number one citizen of the country he has the power the say what will happen and what will not happen, the country also is been control by some kaba and it could be that the person account that was froze is among the kaba that controls the country.
We are in a corrupt place where the law doesn't have much effect on the rich, and in as much as the top official in the efcc is been appointed by the government the president has the power to make any frezz account to be unfreeze and if they refuse to listen what the president says the president will appoint another person with immediate effect.

Yes the president is the most important citizen in the country but they are areas where you said the president has absolute power is where I don't understands because as far as we are a democratic nation, the president doesn't have absolute power. The president is powerful, he can influence cases for his own favour but the absolute power is what he doesn't have. Do you remember in the time of buhari when Saraki was the senate president. The president couldn't act or run the country the way he wanted because the senate president wasn't at his side. The senate president frustrated him, that was why they have to remove him and install someone who will do their will.

I want to say that no organisation under the umbrella of the federal government that is actually operating independently, you can only see them act on their own when an issue does not concern the federal government of Nigeria . But is not really meant to be , any organisation that is pronounce to be independent should remain independent because that is the only way the government can be balanced. Is just like what is happening in INEC too, the INEC is seen as an independent body, but is being influenced by the federal government too. This is the reason why corruption is still on the increase, bodies that are meant to operate on their own are now being controlled by federal government of Nigeria like EFCC which is not meant to be so .

I was so happy with the Osun people coming out in mass on Saturday to vote for their choice and going to the INEC office to protect their votes when they noticed INEC had stopped releasing results. If all the youths in Nigeria could behave like Osun State youths in the upcoming presidential election we will unseat Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The point is that they are just answering it for the sake of formality. The real thing there is that they are all answerable to the president in power and that is the fact. Provided something like this is still going on in a country, the country in question hardly become free from curruption and that is the more reasons Nigeria has been trapped in this level we are today for decades.  Furthermore, Tinubu and his so called gangs has held every independent body's that was supposed to be operating on there own to his own personal usage that he can control at will, once it's in his own favour them it's fine. Hence this persist further, then I'm afraid because it can't lead us nowhere.

I was so impressed with what happened in Osun state, honestly I was having a lot of doubt, because of how things were going, but the people of that state have given me more confidence that even in the whole Nigeria we can still behave like them and also see the same results. Osun state youths have saved their people by standing on the right path, ignoring all the strategies that are being used by APC, at least this will be a wake up call for other Nigerian youths to ignore everything that will be given to them and go for the right candidate. The ruling party have no sympathy for us again with the way they are behaving and what they saw in Osun state is just the beginning.

Yes its indeed a wake up call to all Nigerian citizens especially now that tbis said leaders believe they can get what so ever they want in this country,  after the election I saw a news where wike was saying assuming the president wanted APC to win he would have invited him to be there the same way other governors where present on the election day as if his vote alone will make them win the election.
The same way the citizens of osun state took over there state, I believe can still be done in the upcoming elections because united will stand and divided will fall and now Nigerian citizens are united and ready to say no to there mandatory leadership system by voting them out of power.
