Why are you going for only on-chain casinos? I noticed many people are using casinos to generally mean gambling sites on this forum. Do you mean gambling sites generally that can have both casinos and sport betting? I prefer to use gambling site for the general term for it.

Most of the gambling sites on this forum are not on-chain, although they are crypto gambling sites.

Having a review may be good, but this community itself know many gambling sites in a way the reviews can not be of any help to them. If you go to the gambling main board, you will see many active gambling announcements thread there.

The gambling sites active presence on this forum and having good reputation and trustworthiness have been what people in this community have been using as their review.

This is an interesting question. Going through the op review sites which are on his page, https://cryptocasinoinsiders.com/, I can see a whole lot of casinos which are active on this forum listed there, but how did the op come about the rating? Did they test the casinos themselves to get a first-hand experience, or is their review and rating based on other players' input, as I can’t find an option for guests to submit or question any review on their platform?

The name on-chain casino is also a bit misleading to me. Just because a bet or game outcome is verifiable on the blockchain doesn't make the entire casino trustless. If the game logic is on-chain, but custody, admin keys, upgrade authority, withdrawal mechanism, oracle/RNG, and liquidity are in the hands of a centralized team, how truly decentralized is that a casino? I've been thinking about this Web2.5 problem in the GambleFi discussion for quite some time now.

I am not seeing at least one on-chain casino nowadays. Because, it would be too slower to get results. And in my opinion, casinos opted for 'provably fair' instead of being on-chain for avoiding delays. Using cryptos for payment got nothing to do to call a casino 'on-chain', and you are right naive gamblers do mistake crypto casino with on-chain casino.

Yeah, these days there is no way that people could be basically doing on-chain all that much; most of the casinos are already off-chain because that is how most of the money is made, and there is no reason to pay a transaction fee for each bet, because on-chain means you have to.

The reality is that OP is making a mistake by limiting themselves to only onchain ones but maybe they are just making a niche place, like instead of a casino review website, which there are millions of already, he is doing an onchain casino review website, which is more niche and maybe they are after getting a lot more bigger piece of the pie from that niche situation instead of being drowned out by the big names in other general casino review websites.

Your question are also in line of what I actually wanted to asked. Do you think that op would possibly review a gambling site without him or she having to use the site for them to give a honest review? Usually before giving scores to casinos one must have seen different individuals who uses the site without phasing much problems, and comparison of individual is what that would give them their score to be given to the casino.
Most time I do counter those reviews from personal sites because most of them could be bought and untrusted casino could do that just to find their way in to make sure to gain enough traction before they could likely strike.

If I may add, one of the places do this specifically is in the Gambling board, specifically the ANN threads of those casinos. They are filled with so many great questions and comments that the OP can pick up and find very useful for what he’s asking. I totally recommend he starts from there.

I have not seen any of this web2.5 or web3 or whatever they regard all those casinos which requires wallet connected to be able to play that request for direct deposit as unless they are offering a totally different service.

How I usually see this type of casino is the same way I look at dex, you connect your wallet to their platform you grant it access through permission just as who want to swap, and the asset is under there custody like escrow and the game result will determine which way the money will be transferred to either back to the player with profit or to where losing deposits lands, but the question raised by Swordsoffreedom is a valid one, as long as the team on the other end still hold custody of funds to some point gives them same right and authority like the centralized crypto casinos no difference.

There is something which I have noticed from reviews and investigations about those Web3 and on-chain, and it is the fact most reviewers fail to mention the house usually have an emergency switch written on the code of their smart-contracts, so in order to safeguard their funds and the funds of their clients in the case something goes wrong with their smart contract.

In that sense, those Web3 casinos are actually more centralized than most people even realize.
If you could mention that on your reviews, in the case those casinos have a emergency exit on their smart contracts, you would be the exception to the rule.

I think it is very strange, or rather: controversial... for a centralized website to review PvP casinos.
I think the best way to review these sites is by allowing the users themselves to leave their reviews, while the website simply manages the platform and has the mission of ensuring that the reviews are truly organic and genuine.

Anyway, I would really like PvP gaming sites to have more space, and every initiative to speak positively about them is valid, but this needs to be done the right way so it does not raise even more concerns about this type of casino.
