So basically you need to add more and not just hold right? As long as you are consistent in buying no matter what the price is i think you could really take advantage. One thing I am doing to stack the dip that is new to me with this cycle is earning Bitcoin with credit card rewards. With my credit card paying 4% back in Bitcoin, I have virtually all my bills going through that. Even if they charge a fee to pay by credit card, it is always less than the 4% back. A stacking cheat code.
Do you mean that you buy btc and use your credit card all the time? And then because you use your credit card you get rewards. I'm interested in trying this as well.

The advice that most people give is hold on to your investment and don't sell to avoid a loss. This is the rhetoric that most people will say at this point.
There is some exception with this. We only hold if we're not too problematic with our finances and we're not in desperate situation that others have been forced to do because they only have limited funds. But if someone can endure their financial problems just to keep ahead from the others through holding. That's some sacrifice that we don't see that's being done by the others and being done by ourselves too. One thing I am doing to stack the dip that is new to me with this cycle is earning Bitcoin with credit card rewards. As I understand it, he's paying his bills with credit card and the cash back of 4% from the bills is what he's using to purchase bitcoin. Credit card -> bills -> cash back -> BTC CMIIW.

Let's say you have a $100k which you have budgeted for accumulating Bitcoin, and if the price drops further from the initial price that means you are going to be buying more Bitcoin using thesame amount of money.
There is no point continuing to hold an amount i can still use in investing in bitcoin probably because i am waiting for further DIP before i can get started in my bitcoin investment journey or before i can increase on my accumulation stack. as an investor, procrastination is one thing that eats into your investment plan and you want to as much as possible avoid anything that makes you procrastinate on what you can do now. If you have an $100 that is allocated to your bitcoin buys, there is no point waiting any longer before making that buy. chances are high that the current low we have is the barest minimum we might be seeing so rather than procrastinating and giving flimsy excuses as to the reason why it is okay to continue waiting for a perfect buying opportunity, buy now and if for any reason there is further DIP, you can still buy with any little funds you have at the time.

You might be right, but there are also investors who accumulate their capital first and wait for a better buying price. In market situations like at the peak, some people might not do DCA. Instead, they hold onto their capital to wait for what they consider a better buying price. Waiting for a better price in investing isn’t pointless, as long as they plan it properly. It’s not about being afraid to enter the market.

Buying anything provided that have your investment fund is highly encouraged especially as an investor. Always buying without waiting puts you ahead of the unpredictable market.

I don't know what other people are doing, but I personally use the DCA method to hold. Buying deep at once seems a bit risky to me. Because I don't know if the market will fall further or not. For this reason, I am saving a certain amount every week for about 3-4 months now, and I hope to keep saving it until the next bull run, unless something bad happens. But my target is that if the price of Bitcoin falls below 30 thousand, then I will try to increase the amount and buy a little deep.
Mate, are you telling me that bitcoin will fall below 30 thousand? This doesn't seems possible for me because bitcoin has grow pass that level so it can't fall back below that price. The dip is a good opportunity to buy and I can see that you are already saving some extra money to stack more incase it falls further which is a good idea but It should be with your discretionary income. Bitcoin investment is risky which I believe you know and that is why it is necessary that you invest using only your discretionary income. Furthermore,so whether you DCA or buy the dip,the fact remains that it still doesn't remove any risk from your investments. But if you buy consistently with the dca or the dip using your discretionary income,if the price eventually fall deeper than this, you will not panic because the funds that you re using to invest is what you can afford to lose.

Ideally we should invest in Bitcoin with amount that we can afford to lose and the amount should come from our discretionary funds, let us not be overexcited because of the bear run and accumulate with the money that we are supposed to use to take care of our basic expenses. You can use your reserve funds to buy dip but you shouldn't put yourself under pressure financially because you want to buy at a cheaper price, if you do you might sell prematurely to raise funds to take care of your basic or emergency expenses. Bitcoin is a long term project so for me I don't think that we should monitor the market before accumulating, if you can do DCA strategy to accumulate then do it for your peace of mind, only accumulate more Bitcoin if you can comfortably afford to.

Literally it seems to me anyone who knows detailed information about Bitcoin and has the financial capacity to invest more is certainly already accumulating Bitcoin to increase their holdings during this price drop. I think here are also many who are simply tempted to call Bitcoin during a price drop and hold on to it until their sell target is reached. However due to the uncertainty of the volatile market, even if the price drops below the analysts' forecasts within a certain period of time, we must be encouraged to hold Bitcoin in the long term. Therefore, it is conceivable that every investor should hold Bitcoin patiently to strengthen morale, and avoid FOMO. as perfect buying opportunity, the one perfect buying opportunity is the one in front of you because you can't be sure of the next move of the market. Buying anything provided that have your investment fund is highly encouraged especially as an investor. Always buying without waiting puts you ahead of the unpredictable market. The only perfect opportunity to buy is the one in front of you, so even if you regularly buy fractional amounts of Bitcoin with a small capital, there is a chance to profit in the next cycle because buying Bitcoin regularly means that your capital is not at risk of inflation, in fact, as long as this capital remains in fiat currency, it will have the potential to depreciate, so for people with consistent income, Bitcoin should be regularly stored in their portfolio through DCA to preserve their wealth.

Re: Holding is not good enough now, accumulate as much as possible in this Dip. Well, the big question is, "Do you have the money to use to accumulate?" I believe that some are already accumulating Bitcoin ever since it went down. Some might've bought at the $60,000 area which is currently the best buying price since it's just close to it's recent lows of $57,000-$58,000. Those who bought near it's peak or maybe at the peak price of the bull run will have to be patient enough to wait, or just buy right now that the price is "probably bottomed", just to have a lower average buying price. "Invest what we can afford to lose." Well, for me this is only applicable to newbies and those who are investing into Bitcoin for the first time, but for us who have been investing in the crypto space for a long time, we know that we can go all-in on Bitcoin since I assume that most here are intelligent enough to know how the market moves. I know that we already know that this is the right time to accumulate some Bitcoin, so if you can go ALL-IN, go ALL-IN on Bitcoin. Of course, not a financial advice because who knows. Bitcoin might go to zero tomorrow.

The nicest of it all is that buying now, whether the price drops or moves a bit higher, profits must be made. This is how far we are from the previous ATH, $62K difference between $126K ATH and $64K current market price. You made sense, holding is not enough at this moment, I don't advise anyone to pause their investment, as long as you are capable of buying, do not hesitate, very likely to make X2 return on what you invest from here when the market becomes bullish.

However, at this point in time, I don't think the market will drop to 30k; instead, I think the lowest it can go is 50k, which is good. This is why people are constantly afraid because they believe the price will drop, which is normal and makes it very interesting. No matter how much the price of bitcoin is always the best option. and you that want to invest should know what you going into because and the statement of affording what you can lose is actually the right thing to do. Before anyone even begins buying bitcoin, we need to be well-prepared so that you won't have to worry about how to invest more in the event that you lose money along the way. but we time is something we can get use to.

If you are an investor and has the capacity of buying each time the market falls, then do much as well to ensure you are holding until the market begins to pump, also be rest assured that you're not making use of a custodial storage for this, bitcoin investment is something we can all afford to achieve when we can invest and hold, in this, no magic could prevent us from being profitable over our investment when the season changes and the market raises.

It's not just any market raise. An investor's initial investment plans should always be considered at all time. When you said that an investor should buy and wait for the market to raise, it appears like encouraging short term bitcoin selling which starts from buying with the hope that market will 'soon' raise which should not even be the first plan. You don't have to only buy and wait for price to rise, instead you buy, you hold and you buy more, not you buy, and you sell (in the next pump). Continuously buying bitcoin will not only make you a holder, it will also give you the opportunity to own a large stash which will shape your future if you can be able to hold relentlessly through several cycles of bitcoin which could be up to 10 years or more because the longer you hold, the higher the possibility of making a larger amount of profit from your bitcoin stash.

The bear market is the best time to stack up your bags at a cheaper price because the bull run can make x5 to make a new ATH from the bottom line of the bear market. Keep your DCA running and don't miss out the opportunity the market is presenting to you now because you might not see this price tag again. Buy the dip and hodli.

Everyone would love to. But at the same time, just because "some" people are buying doesn't mean that we are all buying; in fact, on the contrary, most people are selling right now, and that should not come off as shocking news because the entire reason why the market is going down is that people are selling. So that means we should not be really looking or focusing on how things could change; we need to realise that it is going to cost us a lot that we are selling at the moment. All those people who sold to make the price go down right now will be very upset when the time comes and the price skyrockets. There is no denying that many people are selling; if they weren't, the price wouldn't be going down, but that also means that we are going to see those people will be very unhappy when the price finally recovers.

Actually it's indeed another great opportunity to accumulate more considering how low the price is. Already people where clamoring to see great heights but unfortunately this bear has brought us this low , giving us the previlege to accumulate more now so that in bull run we would have enough Bitcoin stash in our portfolio. But now what matters is the ability of people who have fund to accumulate without looking back. One thing is having money another thing is having the zeal to accumulate regardless of the market condition. Sonme people will want to see some green light before they can buy so as the price to kick up.

Accumulation of bitcoin is very important at this stage of dip because we don't know when bitcoin will be rising therefore it is good we use this opportunity to acquire more Bitcoin as possible so that we don't have to regret waiting for more dip before purchasing, some investors still think and are waiting for more dip instead of keep accumulating, it is advicible to accumulate now at any point of price since we are in the bearish season .
Investors use this opportunity to aggressively invest more in bitcoin in other to have a good amount of stash in their portfolio to quickly get to their accumulation stage and hold strongly without any panic.

This is what many people will not agree with but the fact is that, when investors buy and accumulate aggressively during Dips like this and is patience enough to hold until the price recovers. Such investors will be more positioned to the upward recovery of the price because, they made good use of the Dip and that means more profit when the price reverse backwards.
When Bitcoin is at ATH many people say they're waiting for a dip to buy meanwhile, when the market finally gives them a discount they start saying they're waiting for the bottom. Lots of people are still afraid to buy when the market is dipping even though it's an opportunity to buy at a lower price. They keep waiting for the bottom without knowing when it will happen and when they finally realize it, it's already too late. Holding + accumulating are indeed some of the best things to do right now for longterm investors even if Bitcoin drops to $50K, $40K or $30K, it could be another opportunity to buy at an even bigger discount. But yeah watching our portfolio bleed during a bear market is hard to see. However, it can be rewarding when the bull market starts again so hold tight, stay patience and keep accumulating.

Buying Bitcoin whenever the market drops is good, but investors with strong buying consistency will also do the same when the price of Bitcoin is rising. Investors who intend to increase their Bitcoin holdings will certainly focus on buying without worrying about the price, even though they are also very happy to buy when the price of Bitcoin has dropped. I also agree with your idea that every investor should have fresh funds freed up for things other than investment purposes. Because maintaining Bitcoin in a personal wallet also requires a complex concept to prevent it from being easily released back into the market when we run out of funds in our lives.

Let's say you have a $100k which you have budgeted for accumulating Bitcoin, and if the price drops further from the initial price that means you are going to be buying more Bitcoin using thesame amount of money.
No matter what happens in the market, we will definitely keep our Bitcoin investments for the long term. In my long-term plan, even if Bitcoin reaches a limited price, I will not stop buying Bitcoin, because I know that no matter how low Bitcoin reaches, it is capable of reaching an all-time high again. As happened at the end of 2022, when Bitcoin touched $15.5k, from that situation, Bitcoin has reached an all-time high again in just a few years. So no matter what happens in the market, I just note that I am buying the number of Bitcoins, not the dollar amount, my goal is to continue buying Bitcoin until I have one Bitcoin.
