Hello, 1- How can I view available blockchains by rank?
Most of the high ranks are basing on the value that it has got if you visit websites like coinmarketcap and coingecko. I haven't seen yet the others that have the list by ranks depending on their usefulness. - https://coinmarketcap.com/chain-ranking/- https://www.coingecko.com/en/chains2- Which new blockchain do you think has the potential to grow in the future?
It varies if it's with the value of its chain then it should be obvious for now it's ethereum. But that can change over the period of time, we don't know which one will emerge in the future if there will be newer ones that have the potential.

1. Use this https://defillama.com/chains It provides you more accurate information about various metrics from the blockchain, and it's not only getting limited in the TVL. So you can also adjust the rank by yourself based on what metrics you wanna see. 2. ARC blockchain by Circle. The ARC token has not yet launched, and it most probably next month. If you can get this with low valuation, so it's easy for you to double your investment. I also believe ARC will also get a very big hype consider it's launched by one of biggest issuer of USD stable coin in crypto.

Most of the high ranks are basing on the value that it has got if you visit websites like coinmarketcap and coingecko. I haven't seen yet the others that have the list by ranks depending on their usefulness. I did not know that TRON was bigger than SOL, because I have not seen anyone really using anything that is based on TRON, but then I remember that it is the cheapest way to move USDT, so maybe the reason why Tron is getting that much attention is mainly because it is great and cheap and instantly moved so we are all using Tron to move money around and for that reason it has become something that is a lot more bigger than we assumed. I know that it is not safe and easy to make this that quickly; most people will be basically shocked about it and not really know, just like me, because we assumed SOL would be bigger because it is used more. But the amount of projects under a chain, and how much it is used, are different stats. SOL has a lot more tokens under it, a lot more projects, and TRON is mainly used for USDT and other stablecoins, but at the same time it is used so much that it became something a lot larger because billions move through Tron chain every single day.

Another alternative for OP if you want to rank chains by the dapps https://dappradar.com/rankings/chains. It's helpful to figure out if the ecosystem of the blockchain is really active in one glance. 2- Which new blockchain do you think has the potential to grow in the future?
Easily robinhood because RWA market is growing at rapid rate and there are more and more people trading RWA token because the 24/7 availability compared to the traditional market. It has big chance and the fundamental is solid. It has no official token though.
TRON isn't exactly cheap but Justin Sun is smart, he established his blockchain for remittance in emerging market especially in asia and other continent and can push for higher tvl and stablecoin volume.

Hello, 1- How can I view available blockchains by rank?
2- Which new blockchain do you think has the potential to grow in the future?
Thank you.
For the first question, I’d look beyond market-cap rankings alone. A useful way to compare blockchains is to look at several factors together: market capitalization, network activity, developer activity, decentralization, validator infrastructure, transaction growth, ecosystem adoption, and the availability of reliable infrastructure. For newer projects, I think infrastructure is particularly important. A blockchain can have an interesting token narrative, but if there is little developer activity, weak validator participation, or limited infrastructure support, it becomes much harder for the network to grow sustainably. I work with Web3 infrastructure and have been looking at this from the perspective of nodes, RPC services, staking, validators, and network infrastructure. Crouton Digital is one platform where we track and research these areas: https://crouton.digital/As for promising newer networks, I wouldn't choose one purely because it is currently ranked highly. I'd rather look for projects with strong technical fundamentals, active development, growing real usage, and a healthy infrastructure ecosystem. Those indicators can be much more useful for identifying long-term potential than short-term price performance. I'd also be interested to hear what criteria other members here use when evaluating newer blockchains. Do you focus primarily on market cap and TVL, or do developer activity and infrastructure play a bigger role in your assessment?

TRON is heavily connected on stablecoins in the past that’s why it became popular to the point that every was already accustomed on using it even though it’s not the same cheap and fast blockchain existing today. To be fair, Solana just became popular due to the same manner Tron did in the past since they have both Justin Sun and SBF shilling it in the past on social media. Solana glory already failed until their recent success on meme coin. They are not actually big when it comes to real utility but the majority of crypto are degen that likes investing on meme coin for a potential high return.

In terms of market capitalization, SOL is higher than tron. But the basis was the total locked value so, it shows that Tron was higher and that's for coinmarketcap. But if you look at coingecko's rank per TVL, SOL has got a higher one than Tron. If it's about the number of coins, it is with SOL because it's been swarmed by memecoins and I think will still be a choice for the next bull season.

1- How can I view available blockchains by rank?
The leading & largest so far, CoinMarketCap. Alternatively, there's DefiLlama. Another option is CoinGecko, but I don't fully trust them & I rarely use their platform as a reference. 2- Which new blockchain do you think has the potential to grow in the future?
As the crypto industry evolves within the RWA sector, I view Robinhood Chain as a frontrunner with immense future potential. A lot of things have already been tokenized there. Furthermore, meme tokens are thriving, such as $CASHCAT. Well, at least it's worth monitoring & checking periodically.

I think these rankings are not generally perfect. What I think the right answer to hack3rcon should be is that the best ranking depends on what he wants to achieve. There are key factors people consider such as scalability, speed, fees and many others. Depending on what you want to achieve, the choice of blockchain will readily be obvious to you. I don't know if you understand my point because I don't know how to give you specific instance.

I really understand what @hack3rcon means & I also understand what you mean. If we were to create a ranking based on those key factors, I think it would be confusing. Besides, I haven't seen any sources around. The only benchmark we can use is the ranking based on TVL, which is what I & several other users in this topic have referenced. TVL serves as a good metric, after all, a project with higher TVL indicates it's a favorite among adopters, wouldn't you agree, mate?

2. ARC blockchain by Circle. The ARC token has not yet launched, and it most probably next month. If you can get this with low valuation, so it's easy for you to double your investment.
I also believe ARC will also get a very big hype consider it's launched by one of biggest issuer of USD stable coin in crypto.
What’s the ARC blockchain? Am I missing something? I am wondering, if that’s a high-potential blockchain, then why am I not aware of that? But you know about that even hasn’t launched. I am curious. Are you shilling, or is it really a potential blockchain? There was a hype about the ARB blockchain, but it seems have become a shitcoin chain, although it was a potential chain. Till now, Ethereum is the one that has the biggest potential; it’s all about the need to update the chain on demand of time. And BSC also gains market due to Binance's influence. So the most potential chain after Binance is Solana. Still, I believe in Solana and am heavily invested in that. So time will tell if I was wrong or right.

TVL is good enough, it shows how trusted and reliable a blockchain is when they can have TVL at the level of hundred billions. Other better metrics would be daily transaction, chain revenue, and tps. If there is a dedicated altcoin blockchain rank, they should consider these 4 as key metrics which shows how healthy a blockchain is. Everything considered, I think defillama chain ranking is by far the best and comprehensive on the metrics, it listed all the key metrics factors that actually matter.

IMO, using DeFi revenue as a ranking benchmark isn't ideal. Here is how the rankings turned out: Would you acknowledge that Canton (CC) & Tron (TRX) blockchains are superior to what Ethereum (ETH) & Solana (SOL) offer, for instance? Well, it got messy, IMO. Ranking based on TVL is the most ideal approach, nothing beats it, at least for the time being.
