Well, Gen Z tends to easily try something new. It is including in a digital asset like crypto investment. Gen Z knows well internet since they was kid, so they aren't afraid to try it.

Reading stories like this and then seeing a post complaining why some gen Z seems to be tech illiterate is such a whiplash. Just another day I read a story about an IT-support guy who has to fix small little problems for his friends that can be fixed easily with one or two Google scroll. Stuff like changing taskbar icon, font-size, and whatnot. I guess there will always be exceptions. The question is how many exceptions exist out there. There are possibilities that in this GenZ generation become unable to do somethings on there on even the tasks that they should be able to do normally on by themselves. I know that is how they behave and will not change from being who they used to be but that won't make us stop saying the right thing to them because I know and believe at a time they will see reasons to what we are saying.

Is it just me or there are other people too? So far only two friends and a family confirmed this so far, there is something about this weather that's making people feel sick.

It started on the last Saturday, I started feeling weird then a nasty headache took over, I hardly get headaches so I took some painkillers and on Sunday it got out of hand, I had to visit the hospital on Monday morning.

Yes I was born in the 80s, millennial to be precise, and I care too less about how I look, but it's a thing that people always look at me like someone who knows nothing, techy? Far from it.

It seems you guys are missing the reason behind the choice of caption used by the OP. If you read through lines in the OP, you will realise he first emphasized on his age and appearance which had also noted he's not from the Gen Z which could have been a deceptive reason why the Gen Z thought he wouldn't know anything about seed phrase. This is not rare in our society where younger generations always see the order generation as analogue and ignorant people who knows nothing about modern technology, not because they don't understand the implications of security breach but because they believe that the older people around can not have Idea of what they are doing. What's this about Gen Z that I am beginning to notice. In social media, there's this kind of content that is trending where a careless and stress free Gen Z will not take anything seriously. They'll rather choose to rest and die than to respond to some actions.

For instance, the Gen Z might be sick and doctor will tell him to rush down to the hospital and he'll reply that he doesn't have the time, he'll go ahead to relax and die of sickness.

Frankly you would be surprised at what these Gen Z younger guys knows about the internet and technology, I believe that most of them knows so much more than what we their older adults knows so I agree that the ignorance of not knowing that your seed phrase should be kept in secret has no age bracket. The arrogance of youth seems to be a typical characteristic in many cultures throughout human history, but I think that the new generations are going to suffer much more, if they continue to live in the bubble of their toxic social networks.

Maybe this has something to do with the GenZ around you? Because almost all the Genz in my family are into crypto, even the girls amongst them, they can atleast move Bitcoin from one wallet to another.

The person should have just gotten home before importing his seed phrase, or at least gotten to a silent place where nobody will be close to him before he does things like this. I just think some people are always careless, because someone thats so careful about his security won’t do something like this. There are some things I don’t even do whenever am in a public place. I don’t open my bank app because I don’t want anyone to see what I have in my account for security reasons.

People like this are going to be easy to scam, because just imagine that you are a scammer, you can look for a way to get the seed phrase, maybe you will snap it with your phone, and when you get to a save place, you can import the seed phrase, send out everything which the person is having in wallet.
